Quality Roots - Ypsilanti

Have shopped here since this location opened and will never return. Was sold 8 month old product that is literally brown. Not a trichome in sight. Sold at full price. Was told I would recieve a call back to hear from a manger. Over 5 hours went by and no one called back. When I finally called back, a manager still wasn't available to talk. So clearly the company and management doesnt actually care about quality enough to stand behind their own product. I guess theres a reason the store has been empty every single time Ive been there.
