COVID-19 Interim Procedures (Please read) Dear valued customers, As we continue to evaluate the conditions on the ground, we have decided to take additional safety measures effective immediately. To keep our customers and employees as safe as possible and assist this nation during this pandemic we will be limiting the number of customers inside Raspberry’s store front; Three customers in Lobby, three customers on Sales Floor, but a full staff fulfilling online and phone orders. We encourage you to make orders via online or by Phone to expedite your time inside the store. When you arrive at Raspberry Roots please give your name and phone number to the door person and then we ask you to wait in your vehicle. When it is your turn in line, we will text you to come inside. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this difficult time. To further reduce customers counts, Raspberry Roots will unfortunately be suspending our Weekly Deals until further notice. They will come back once our nation’s leaders terminate the crisis. We are sanitizing and disinfecting every hour, as well as increasing our hand washing frequencies, but please adhere to a no contact policy. We appreciate your assistance in this matter and thank you for helping us do our part in lessening social exposures.

I am so disappointed in what I picked up today for 4-20.... u finally had “extreme creme” in again... so I ordered an eighth on phone n picked it up.... I should have opened it.... it has so much leaf!!! I don’t know if u have a new trimmer or what but I usually pay 25$ for ur Friday specials, but you don’t have them anymore, I understand why, I thought I’ll pay the extra 10$... I know that’s probably not a lot of money to you guys, but it is to me.... This sucks!!! Rip!!
