Their card system is gone and they’re forcing you to use ATMs that steal your money. Took out $140 and it only dispensed $100. Store won’t help and atm owner could care less. Had to pay a double atm fee just to get the money. Here come their standard response where they do nothing, oh we’re so sorry to hear, ya sure you are. They’ve lost my business.

The new place is awesome! So are all the folks, super helpful and knowledgeable. I’m writing a review on Shrieker because it seems like it needs one. First thing is the smell, very nice citrusy-lemony-limey-HAZEY stink. I dig it. The smoke is a rush. Hit’s ya in the cerebral bone pretty hard (in a good way). The body effect is a bit floaty, relaxing. If you’re a Sativa lover, get this one for sure. If you’re looking to branch out and try a Sativa, be easy with this one. It’s strong. First of all congratulations to Rise on the new space! It’s beautiful! I travel to Rise from my new home in Mayfield, it is worth the trip. I am in my 50’s and I have been using cannabis for medicinal purposes for years. I have traveled the country, and Canada, and have experienced many high end dispensaries, Rise is among my top 3. Product: very good. Atmosphere: Very good. People: Very good. Everyone there is very knowledgeable, very helpful. I’d like to especially recommend Patti Austin, I met Patti on one of my early visits, she is well versed on many of the products, and can suggest exactly what you need. She takes her job seriously and that is a big difference. Her professional but personal approach allows for a great experience. She treats me like a cannabis patient, I respect that. Shout out to Patti!

WOW this owner is a key player in this game. to move the store, revamp it, enlarge it, outfit it with a bank of kiosks, fill it with a super amount of product, new suppliers, and really GREAT product. im sorry. RISE wins. Hands down. Looks to me like rise will be here with the spaceships flying around. way to go.

I really enjoyed my visit. The pharmacist was kind and helped me choose options that were best fit for my conditions and my wallet simultaneously. Flower is beautiful and would definitely return just for quality alone, service and atmosphere are a bonus!

love the staff, very welcoming. i recently started using medical marijuana and was still a little under the influence of the media demonization and the staff were so understanding and comforting, they make me feel like i’m doing something good for myself, rather than doing a bad or dirty thing. highly recommend!

Very nice inside professional feel like an eyeglass store. Katie was a very knowledgeable consultant prior to my using the offered products of this dispensary. As for the product I have used the FP vape. It causes my lungs to hurt where as I do not have that using other vape from competitors products purchased at local dispensaries. On my last visit the counter person ( not Katie) was a turn off. She began discussing black market products and illegal marijuana flower treatments when I asked a question about the products. Turned off that a “medical dispensary “ would engage in illicit marijuana promoting. The lack of pricing online is not much help. The pricing is overpriced for the quality in my opinion based on the products I’ve tried. My honest feeling is they are struggling with hopes that N Y state legalizes marijuana. Disappointed as this place really had potential.

First time visitor switching from another dispensary that is farther away and that stopped price matching out of stock products. Wide selection and courteous staff!

I have been going there for my medical needs. The atmosphere is very chill and relaxed. It almost wants you to hang out there for an afternoon. The staff are all very knowledgeable, very patient and very understanding regarding their patient’s needs and how to treat. The products are all good quality and reliable. I’ve been to all three dispensaries in the Albany area multiple times and FP Wellness is the best. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely focused on your wellbeing as a patient. They do a fantastic job of partnering with you as you navigate the world of medical marijuana, asking intelligent questions and providing insightful treatment recommendations. Their product line has expanded and the pricing has come down a little from when they initially opened, to be in line with the other two dispensaries. Lately, the only time I go to one of the other dispensaries is when I need something and FP is closed. Keep up the great work!

My first visit was when they started curbside pickup due to the pandemic. I checked their website and found a lot of helpful information about what I would need to be established as a patient there, and got through to the pharmacist very quickly over the phone for my remaining questions. Their curbside service was efficient, and the staff was polite and knowledgeable.

It would be helpful to see the prices online before I drive over an hour to visit I can't seem to find them anywhere.
