Customer service is terrible. Called and asked a question, was literally hung up on. Where's the love? Teach your employees some basic manners ffs.

Was one of the first in line black Friday. Waited a few minutes past 9 for them to get ready. Not a problem. Had Blue wait on me with a smile and very friendly. You have quite a few good ladies working there. Amy, Chantelle and Jada along with the older lady who I forget her name. Couple of the fellas need to take notes from them. Got the Queen Cola Durban Zkittles and quality was great, but the big stem that weighed almost 3gs was a downer. Still the best dispensary around.

I have Schizo Affective Disorder, Fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, I was pushed out the door by the security gaurd and was accused of being the one who became physical. I have training if I need to get physical it's not going to be a chest push and running my mouth in someone's face like this security gaurd did to me. He thought I had a knife because of my money clip attached to my pocket. He refused to have a conversation with me and said all I was doing was arguing with him. He refused to answer me, How do you know it's a knife? That's all I asked. He shoved me out the door screamed in my face and threatened me

The staff is SUPER friendly I was in and out within about 5 mins. super fast service, the establishment is very clean. The prices are AMAZING, I've been too multiple spots in Illinois and this place has the best prices.

Really nice and wide open. Nice lighting so you can see everything well. Staff is really nice and isn't very knowledgeable but otherwise it's my go-to place for any marijuana products.
