Big thx goes out to Ozzy @ Rise Dispo WPB she helped me get the strain I needed for pain then she made me laugh on a personal level which was welcoming. We started joking about how real stoners still smoke bongs especially JBD brand bongs. Then she tells me that a friend of hers recently bought the rights to the JBD brand and were able 2 keep the classic designs and art involved with the company. His named happens to have the exact same initials JBD, so not only did he love these bongs, it was his fate. I laughed hysterically during and after our conversation and was happy with Ozzy's recommendation. Will def go back 2 Rise!!!!

Rise Tampa & Brandon have amazing customer service! They take there time to make sure their customers leave with a smile on there faces. I've had the pleasure of meeting Lewis, Rob & DeJuan from the Tampa dispensary and Nelson from Brandon. These guys are very knowledgeable and provide the best customer service so far from all the dispensaries I have visited (and I have visited all of the Florida dispensaries). Awesome staff and premium products. A big Thank You to RISE for the awesome Veterans Discount. By far one of my favorite dispensaries. Only complaint I have is I picked up as a caregiver for my brother and he never received his points. It was a $428 order. I spoke with the GM and he said it would be looked into and fixed however, I have received no communication from anyone at RISE with regard to this issue and would like it corrected so he receives points owed to him.

Bought new strain Blue Cheese top tier $50 an eighth. The buds are complete scraggle preemy looking popcorn seed pods is what I got. I called asking to switch (never left the parking lot) to a strain that they had been growing longer than this first batch of blue cheese which in my opinion should have been made into concentrate because it’s definitely a botched grow. I was told they can’t help me and they only return defective product, which in my opinion this batch was definitely defective and not top shelf. I will take my business elsewhere!!!! PROFITS OVER PATIENTS. so much for caring and having customer service, another corporate American scam. Always ask to see your product before you leave the store is the moral of the story.!! This strain at rise is a joke, stems and not even c nugs.
