Customer service needs a lot of work. Nobody greets you upon entering. Seems they have no recollection of the policy/rules as they did not honor my 20% off first time order discount because it was picked up and the discount is only meant for “delivery orders” yet I have experienced someone picking up their 20% off discounted order at the same place, but I digress!

You're correct —the Leafly promotion applies to pickup orders aswell. This was a knowledge gap with out staff on our end and we've since addressed it with our team to ensure it doesn't happen again.

Love this place
I only rated the atmosphere a 1 because I never physically been inside of the shop. But overall the service is fast and reliable, genuinely impressed.
