If I could give negative stars, I would give negative. spent over $200 at the store many of the pre-roll. Doobies were in horrible condition ripped with weed falling out. The people there were completely rude and would not help at all. Would never go to the store ever.

So i was in the store yesterday (22 March 2019) the staff was incredible as they always have been, The atmosphere was pleasant and inviting as it always has been and the selections were awesome. I do however have one complaint that may seem a bit uppity but i picked up 7 different strains and since i forgot what the effects of them were from my discussions with the budtender i figured i would visit their website and refresh my memory of what each of the strains benefits were, however i was sadly disappointed to find that there are zero descriptions or pictures of the strains characteristics and benefits. I have been going to this shop for the better part of two to two and a half years maybe more, and it appears to me that they have actually become a little bit less professional when it comes to menu updates and such on their website. This will not stop me from recommending them to anyone that i can. I still love my experience with them and find all aspects of the actual interaction to be professional and helpful.

I am so super happy with the service I receive from all the budtenders. Jameson is top notch and truly a pleasure to work with. Jola is very knowledgeable and fantastic! The products they carry are superior quality that produce results. I highly recommend Rocky Mountain Cannabis to everyone. Young or old (like me) RMC is the place to go! Outstanding customer service!

Where's the Naturita shop?

Very welcoming and inviting staff very friendly and customer oriented. You guys always recommend some bomb ads flower. Your sativa and indica selection is great lots to pick from and choose. We love the rewards point program that lets us get almost free stuff and there are freebies also. Your weed is fantastic thankyou guys

I've been trolling the western slope dispensaries in Colorado for a minute now with varying degrees of success. On a recent trip from Grand Junction to Cortez I had the pleasure of visiting RMC in Ridgeway. Other folks could learn a thing or two from them. To wit: *Tax included. (What you see is what you pay. No one wants to do baked math.) *Quality cannabis. (Sourced from numerous vendors & STORED PROPERLY. Doesn't turn to dust in the grind.) *Diverse product line. (Walked out with flower, wax and cartridges.) *Knowledgeable help. (My budtender was aces!) RMC did it up right and when I'm slappin' hundreds of dollars on the barrel I expect no less. Cheers guys. I'll be back!

They always have a line and never enough staff, so expect to wait 15-20 min. Selection used to be great on all shelves, but has been poor this summer, especially if you are in the market for a $95 Oz (I have no idea WHY they keep getting only CBD on this shelf!!!) or cheap vape pens (what happened to DOPE brand?? Or any CCell cart in the 20-30 dollar range for that matter?). They used to have pretty good prices, but I feel like the long lines have gone to the owners head. If you want a $95 Oz of THC bud then you are better off going to Fiddlers. Of course if you are willing to dish out for mid or top shelf there is usually plenty to choose from, but obviously most people prefer bargains when weed is already too expensive as is!!

First Class Joint

I have been to every dispo west of GWS and this is by far the ABSOLUTE WORST!! I placed an online order, drove the 60 miles up there to have the guy try to jack the price up by 50 bucks. I called him on it and apparently they decided to substitute more expensive items for what I actually ordered. Then they didn't have what I ordered and the bud tender took attitude with me like its my fault they sold products they didn't have! Second time I've walked out of this dispo over its lack of customer service but it will be the last. I'll quit smoking before I give them any more of my moneymoney and I encourage everyone else to do the same.

It was my first time in a dispensary and they hooked it up big time. Awesome deals and will be my number one stop every time I visit Ridgway

Order was wrong multiple times. I ordered a 29% thc strain they replaced with 12% and charged me $42 for the 1/4 oz.....the connoisseur price level... Too many mistakes and too much dissatisfaction. I'm going elsewhere

Great product

This is the only dispensery I shop at. The staff are kind, patient, and a real joy to see. They offer a Veteran's discount which has made my medication affordable. Another benefit that I enjoy is being able to try a variety of different strands for the same price. My most recent trip to Denver was very frustrating because everything there is pre-weighed and pre-packaged. It makes me feel good to know that there's a place who cares about me, and my medicine, and do everything they can to make me come back again and again. Five stars keep up the good work!

Terrible nugs for $8 a gram. Half-way decent nugs are $17 a gram. The $8 gram was actually just shake. I haven’t paid $17 a gram since I was 15 in Virginia. Will not be returning unless they bring back the sale shelf and get rid of the goofy connoisseur shelf.
