The staff here truly are genuine caring people, I love the rootdown team in os! They’re better than all the rest, Ez, Jackie, Justin, they really make my experience pleasurable with their smiling faces. They’re knowledgeable, compassionate, and if you don’t know something they don’t mind breaking it down and taking their time.
