Quite literally root down has been the best thing that’s ever happened to me. I’m a lifelong sufferer of Diabetes and I have extreme Diabetic neuropathy. I have been averaging about 1 to 2 hours of sleep a night and thanks to my doctors prescription for medical marijuana and rootdown I have found drugs that help me sleep 8 to 10 hours a night. I’m like a new person and the staff at rootdown in Ocean Springs is the absolute best. I have to mention them my name, Jackie, Amanda, Justin, Pam and Mel are the best they sit down with you. They help you understand the different products and help recommend what’s best for you. I was a starter. I’ve gotten a little bit more advanced, and I have to thank the staff of root down who are the best. If you need medical marijuana and you live in Ocean Springs or near Ocean Springs Mississippi this is the place to go. They will take care of you. They’re courteous. They’re kind in their understanding. They’re the best and I will continue to return for more business in the future month after month. Thank you Rootdown for making me feel like a whole new person. I’m sleeping now and during the day people have even noticed I’m more happy and more chipper and ready to go thank you thank you so much.
Ratings and reviews of Rootdown - Ocean Springs
Poor knowledge, poor customer service, overpriced products, the McDonald’s of cannabis dispensaries. The employees have no vested interests in the success of the establishment therefore don’t care….
These guys are always awesome!
this is the best place to come to. they have no problem talking everything out with you helping with any questions stay in your budget friendly excellent people i spend more time talking to them than actually shopping love yall will always be back to see yall
The staff here truly are genuine caring people, I love the rootdown team in os! They’re better than all the rest, Ez, Jackie, Justin, they really make my experience pleasurable with their smiling faces. They’re knowledgeable, compassionate, and if you don’t know something they don’t mind breaking it down and taking their time.
I love Rootdown! Every location has the most informed Budtenders. They take their time to explain all of their products. They have the best variety. I never go anywhere else.
