Rootdown - Pascagoula

I sat in the waiting room for 13 minutes before anyone noticed I was there. They were all in the back. Again. Same experience as the first time there. I preordered, received the text that it was ready, but it was not. She had to find and assemble my order. I've had a similar experience at the Gautier store, also 2x. Starbuds has had me in and out in 5 minutes every time. Bees Buds has about 5 minutes in and out. I don't need or want a bunch of hand-holding or consulting or some kind of "experience". I get an ordeal instead, waiting on people to get their shit together. Would you keep buying here?

Great staff, great prices, wonderful atmosphere. I highly recommend Rootdown to anyone. The only dispensary I use.

Recently moved to the Pascagoula area and so glad I found the Rootdown. Everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly. The inside is nicely setup with a welcoming environment. They have become my favorite dispensary to visit!

The best on the gulf coast

Andrew and Anna are very friendly and professional. Store was super clean, nicely lit and had nice display cases. Oh, and I got a military discount, which I did not expect - thank you very much!
