Sativa Sisters is my go-to dispensary for the most part. I love their selection of concentrates. I especially love ordering off of Leafly!
The deals are great at this store. But the one biggest problem here consistently is bad, rushed customer service. Yesterday was special too since it was my kids first time there as she just turned 21. It wasn't busy but there was no flow of how things work inside the dispensary. The budtender that "NODDED" her head to get us to come over, she didnt ask me anything, I said "I have an online order" , she said Ok gave her my name and she went to get it. Then she dumps the bag on the counter, glass on glass, doesnt go over any of my meds, just starts to charge me. I stopped here said "I ordered 7 grams". The website glitched out when I checked out and literally took off 2 grams. It was weird. I politely asked her to see 2 more grams from same company Fire. She rolled her EYES at me! Then walks away and grabs two grams and doesnt go over them . I stopped her again. Why do I AS A CUSTOMER HAVE TO TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES HOW TO WORK?! BE POLITE? The cannabis Cafe worker was awesome!! I highly suggest the Hibiscus CBD iced tea! But I will never let this lady budtender in the dispensary help M me again!!! She has black long hair, thin build, about 5'6" beautiful Hispanic lady but the rudest customer service ever. I wont be returning unless I'm desperate. This wasn't my first visit. It will be my last.
