Just bought Bang's Aurora Indica and once again I am surprised at how well Bang's grows their cannabis. Sometimes the THC percentage doesn't tell the whole story. There's lots of medicine in the Terps! GROW MORE AURORA INDICA BANG'S! I'd buy it.

I support Satori besause their prices and selection are always on point and the customer service is beyond outstanding, it's how purchasing THC should be!

very nice vibe here! Nice, clean open layout store and a very friendly, knowledgeable staff. This store has a nice selection of product and they have many weekly shop specials .. something for all price ranges. I definitely recommend Satori in Pullman if you happen to be in the Palouse and want to enhance your experience.. peace

I came here for my 21st birthday weekend and the staff was nothing but helpful, informative and overall quick! Large selection and if they were out of something there was a quick alternative on hand.

This place is top shelf. They keep my favorite stuff (Phat Panda) in full supply, and offer cool deals like Phat Panda $30 eighths for "Phat Tuesday". Great variety and selection.

Great spot. I stopped by at a slightly busy time of day when I was visiting from out of town. They had a fab deal on flowers that I took advantage of. I ended up with some very quality, potent buds for a steal! Even though there were quite a few customers in, the service was great, tenders helping multiple people at once but not making you feel rushed or ignored. I'll definitely stop back when I make it back to Spokane!

My first experience in a recreational shop was a little intimidating I do have to admit, but I am so thankful I chose this shop for my first. When I first walked in I was greeted by a cute girl in the front with a beautiful smile and she pointed me to head in the back room. When I walked through the door my jaw about hit the floor after seeing how full you guys were! As a kid I would imagine what legalization would look like and you guys nailed the nail on the head! The "budtenders" name who helped me was Logan, and he was packed full of information and was more than willing to let me pick his brain for a good 10 minutes about my personal wants and desires when it comes to cannabis. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he narrowed the massive 80+ strain list to 3 that would best suit me. After weighing out the options we finally decided on Full Moon Thai from Rootdown. I asked him what the THC level was and even though there were a lot of other strains that had higher THC levels he assured me that I would not be disappointed and that THC is more of a "guideline" than anything. When I got home and did my normal smoking ritual I was amazed how the taste was identical to the aroma! This strain was exactly what I was looking for and then some! I would give this store my highest recommendation to anyone, and you guys just earned a life long customer. See you again soon :)

Excellent shop, just wonderful. Budtenders there are in fact very knowledgeable and great at making recommendations. I mainly go for the concentrates and at Satori you couldn't ask for a better variety; you can spend $70/g or $20/g, they've got all budgets covered. Their flower is top notch as well; I got 2 sativa dominant strains and I'm not at all a sativa guy, I love my indica, but once again the quality is just tops. I'll always recommend this place to anyone

My favorite shop hands down. I drive 70+ miles each way past lots of other shops to buy my bud here. Fabulous selection, reasonable prices, very knowledgeable bud tenders, great atmosphere, and free tootsie rolls. The staff has never steered me wrong with their suggestions. Bud tender today was Devon and his suggestions saved me some bucks and turned me on to a new strain that kills the pain better than the old one. 😎👍

Came in this morning for 420 specials and looking specifically for something. What a waste of time! :( I don't know if my budtender was just too stoned but she couldn't find her face in the mirror, let alone any of the product I was looking for. Even worked off the list on the counter and she still could not produce. Had to stand in line for a complete let down. Won't be back and won't say nice things about this place. Too many good 1's to put up with a complete lack of customer service!!

I really enjoyed this shop, y'all definitely have an amazing selection of glass pieces. Customer service was way above the norm and the girl who helped me went out of her way to make sure I left with what I came for. Bud selection was great.

Received a friendly greeting and good service. Had a pretty good selection and the budtender seemed knowledgeable enough to help find me an indica to help with sleep. Haven't had a chance to try out my product yet but will re-evaluate Quality once I do.

Satori is the only place I feel comfortable going to. They're very friendly, informative and make it an awesome experience, I was a newbie when I first went there and they've made it stress free and easy.

Visited a few weeks ago to check out their BHO selection. My budtender (I think his name was Jordan?) couldn't tell me much about any of the strains more than "it's a hybrid" and had little personal experience with the products. I could have forgiven his ignorance had he not given me the wrong product--not only the wrong quantity but the entirely wrong strain too! Who doesn't double check what they are ringing out? Poor service, will not be returning.

Wow, what to say about this place... They've got the quality I look for in bud but there staff is lacking in any kind of humanity.

They are a great shop and a little pricey but worth it. This is a great store for a big city.

I love this store. It's the only location I go to. they always have some sort of great deal going on, friendly staff and they know their product well they can tell you anything you want to know most the time as long as you ask the right questions. I always recommend their store to anyone who asks.
