Shangri-La - Waterbury

I decided to try to give this place another shot. I placed a pre-order for what I tried to get last time that they wouldn’t let me get. I get to the location and they say nope we didn’t receive your pre-order. I’m beginning to think this is just because they didn’t want to fill my order because I left a bad review last time because the customer service and everything was atrocious. They clearly didn’t want to put my order in because they have something against me now this isn’t how somebody should feel going into a dispensary ever I reached out to the company and they didn’t even reach out back. Just absolutely terrible experience again all around.

It was quick and easy but the guys behind the counter were helpful. They were nice people all around and it was a good experience.

Layout was very nice. The staff was very knowledgeable and patient.
