Good costumer service

I love this store and the people are amazing and helpful, mostly. They also have great prices and products and, overall they are very knowledgeable about their products. Only have had a problem a few times.!! I recommend them to anyone who wants a great product, deal and service and, prices.

everytime i head into this wonderful establishment im greeted with professionals who arent just trying to do a sales pitch, its real people selling great cannabis, when people asks me where to go, i tell them Smokal in socorro, 10/10 will go again

Unprofessional, taunting staff. Even the manger struggled to communicate in full articulated sentences. Messed my order up hard because of their inability to communicate some sort of strange nuances with how they can’t sell edibles over 100 mg unless it’s medical. Which is strange because the dispensary across the street had no issues selling such items to me. I’m suspicious they were targeting me over partisan issues. Didn’t like how the weed came in unsealed containers, who know what these unprofessional fools did to my weed. I really hope they didn’t put their genitals on my weed, they’ll do that ya know.

Always so friendly and price is good

I have never had an issue at the Belen location, but the socorro location they are unprofessional and do not know any knowledge of their jobs. Very bad experience. I will not be spending my money with them and you shouldn't either I promise you.
