Smokal Smoke LLC - Socorro

I can't review the products, as I never stayed around to buy any. First of all, when you enter the building, you are greeted by what can only be described as a pawn shop gun gate, or military gun vault cage. You are asked to stick your ID through a tiny hole, then they buzz you in. Strike 1. As I scanned the scene and products, I noticed an ATM in the middle of the room. I asked if the business was cash only, they said yes, but I could use the ATM for the low price of $3.50. Strike 2. I then proceeded to pick up my phone to confirm the amount in our bank account with my wife, they then rudely said that I needed to do that outside, because no phones are allowed. Strike 3. I'm sure they didn't know who I was, but we are one of New Mexico's highest used caterers for the colleges, Forestry, and politics. We serve people for a living, so we only spend money with people who know how to treat a customer. That is not present here. Dispensary Near Me and Prohibition 37 do a much better job in this particular town. I never got a med card because of the civil liberties you give up getting one. But at 55 years of age, I've waited my whole life to buy legal weed. And to go to such a sketchy place that makes you feel like you are doing something illegal is a hard pass for me.

We love this place! Everyone is really nice. We’ve never had a problem here. The atmosphere is relaxed and the team is very helpful, especially the manager. They are able to laugh and joke with us which I find refreshing and relaxing. They also have the best selection in town. They always wear gloves when measuring out the cannabis and use safety precautions. Products are good, we haven’t been let down like at the other dispensaries. This dispensary is the best in town.

I love this store and the people are amazing and helpful, mostly. They also have great prices and products and, overall they are very knowledgeable about their products. Only have had a problem a few times.!! I recommend them to anyone who wants a great product, deal and service and, prices.

I have never had an issue at the Belen location, but the socorro location they are unprofessional and do not know any knowledge of their jobs. Very bad experience. I will not be spending my money with them and you shouldn't either I promise you.

Good costumer service

Unprofessional, taunting staff. Even the manger struggled to communicate in full articulated sentences. Messed my order up hard because of their inability to communicate some sort of strange nuances with how they can’t sell edibles over 100 mg unless it’s medical. Which is strange because the dispensary across the street had no issues selling such items to me. I’m suspicious they were targeting me over partisan issues. Didn’t like how the weed came in unsealed containers, who know what these unprofessional fools did to my weed. I really hope they didn’t put their genitals on my weed, they’ll do that ya know.

everytime i head into this wonderful establishment im greeted with professionals who arent just trying to do a sales pitch, its real people selling great cannabis, when people asks me where to go, i tell them Smokal in socorro, 10/10 will go again
