Sol Flower - Sun City (MED/REC)

Every single budtender and the ones that work at the front desk are truly good people. I love coming here for the products, the atmosphere, and the budtenders personalities and knowledge of the products. I've been a stoner for over 40 years (OG I guess? Lol) and I learn something new every time I visit them. They all know me and I get greeted by name AND lots of hugs. Most specially for a certain young man. And his name is Dylan. He always takes the time to ask me how my life is going, gives big hugs, and gets exactly what I need, even if I didn't know I needed it!! Very good employee, among all the others there. Yeppers, this is my go-to dispensary because of all of the above and Sol Flower in Sun City will always be my "Sol Family"! Thanks guys!! (Sonya L... aka Sandy 😊

The location is beautiful! Seriously the best design in the valley! Desk employees are extremely helpful and pleasant to be around, but once you go through the glass doors into the dispensary, the service just goes down hill. This was my second time in, first time was terrible service with a female employee In the morning, I can’t remember her name. This time I decided to do express pickup since I knew I wanted dead breed flower and didn’t want to deal with crappy service🤨 the Budtender took me back, looked in my bag and then told me the total without even showing or explaining which product I had selected, he was too busy worried about his break at 5:30; I paid the total thanked him and went on with my day. In my opinion customer service should always be priority over anything else, the Tempe location has an overall better vibe right now and maybe it’s just growing pains and they’ll take criticism fairly and address the issues, but I’ve spent quite a bit of money here ($160+ within the last couple weeks). I still haven’t used my FTP because they won’t honor buying a “guest shelf flower” with their “gold” or “silver” tier flower. I don’t want copperstate flower, I only come to sol for dead breed, give me 20% off instead of the copperstate BOGO and I’ll be happy. I only came today because the Tempe location didn’t have dead breed on their menu. I’m sure I’ll be back in at some point this week, looking forward to better service.

Dante and Ashley are probably two of my favorite people ever. Everytime we come to this store they make us feel like family they provide great information on products and are always patient with me(I’m indecisive) we drive from surprise to sun city specifically because how the entire staff treats us and makes us feel. I’ve been to majority if not all the dispensaries in the valley and this is by far my favorite and that’s not even including the huge selection they have to offer. Thank you Ashley and my guy Dante!

This the second review I am adding for Sol. I reviewed your dispensary about 2 weeks ago but I don’t see my review anywhere, maybe you haven’t verified that I was a customer. Anyway, I want to just say that I hadn’t known of this place until about month ago. It is so convenient and I didn’t have to wait more than a minute. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable and I was in and out in less than 5 mins which is a true dream when you are in pain and it has been a long, long work day, and you just want to get home and smoke your aches away! :)

Sol flower in sun city is my favorite. I've been going there every sense.I've had my marijuana license, I don't shop anyway else. I love the people and the service. But recently they changed the store floor, and I don't like it. its very impersonal7. Why would you do that. That's why I shop there. This sounds like some corporate idiots that think it should change. The staff doesn't even like it. You can tell no one is happy. Corporate bullshit. What a shame. I will find another dispensary that still call you by name and spends the time with the customers.

I just recently decided to try concentrate for the first time from Sol Flower and, I gotta say, DID NOT DISAPPOINT. Not even a little. Their regular flower always does the trick but their wax products take things to another level and, the customer service is always excellent 👍

I go here twice a week really. Love the deals and the flower is always quality. Never have any issues with the staff, in fact I love the people here. Would recommend to anyone.
