Solar Cannabis Co. - Seekonk

My last two experiences at Solar in Seekonk have been borderline abusive. UPDATE: THEY DID NOTHING.... I have been a Solar customer for years, and have visited many of their locations throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island. In my experience, the staff has been awesome - upbeat, knowledgeable, and professional. During our last two trips, my wife and I have interacted with the "manager" of the Seekonk location. We have had some issues with our points account (we accidentally have one for each of us) and normally managing this has been very easy. This manager has gotten confrontational on multiple instances when we've had issues ordering under the correct account, despite being told on multiple instances that the team was able to rectify the issue, and we shouldn't experience it again. During my wife's visit today, this "manager" inserted herself in the transaction, accused her of trying to manipulate the points system, blamed her for the issue, and belittled my wife - going so far as to say I do not support her. My wife was, understandably, quite upset by the situation and tried to just pay without using the system and leave. The manager continued to make comments during the rest of the time my wife was in the store. The manager admitted that she remembered us from last time and "forgot" to address the issue with our account following the last incident. Why would someone in a Customer Service Position ever utter something like "Even your husband doesn't support you..." when trying to resolve an issue for a customer? This behavior goes so far beyond what I would deem acceptable for any public interaction, no less one occuring inside a place of business. I reached out to the Somerset Headquarters immediately after learning of this incident and was told there was no one available to speak with me, only an email I could reach out to. I left a number for a call back and did not receive one. If I need to type out this situation, I'm doing it once and I'm doing it publically. I am open to a member of the Solar Customer Service Team reaching out to me to resolve this situation. I cannot say how poorly this reflects on your brand. UPDATE: No one has reached out, called me back, or even responded to this post. Heard ya loud and clear Solar...

Refused to honor the reward points I had been accumulating for multiple years. Treated me like trash when I confronted them about the premature removal of my points.

I want to give Budtender Courage a excellent very hard worker, very intelligent,friendly. Great place to shop.

Prices way way way to high espically when im using it now more for medication....spent 40 got 3 joints smh come on solar!

I really like Solar in Seekonk. The people there are awesome and the concept behind this dispensary and growing is to be Green while producing green…I appreciate that and I think I’m ok with an extra buck or 2 for that for now. This will naturally get cheaper in time. Quality is very good, I’m happy (life long pot girl)and I think a lot of others are as well considering there’s are always people shopping there…I think mostly negative people leave reviews LOL

The staff is great but the prices at Solar are the highest around. I only shop here in a pinch. If you research pricing in dispensaries, you can get a much better deal on better products.

Solar is way to expensive. I can get the same type bud for haft the price. I’ve been to other dispensaries which carry Solar products and they sell it for cheaper then Solar themselves which makes absolutely no sense and just proves Solar is over pricing their products purposely. NOVA in Attleboro has the best prices and strains that I’ve seen.

the best thing about solar is if you live nearby it's right there but other than that it's way too expensive their prices are way too high but if you need something real quick it's a good place to go

Had absolutely the worst pre-roll ever from here. It was rolled way too right and turned into a canoe immediately. I'm not even stoned- just light headed from trying to pull a brick through a straw by the feel of it. Worst. Joint. Ever. Thanks for wrecking 4.20 on me. I will not be back.
