Kickass customer service and setup, i just wish they had a way to request certain strains!
I came in for my first time unsure what I would find, the gal working was really nice. She recommended a product to try, snoopy something. The high quality wasn't bad, but I was really disappointed in how stemmy it was. As someone who is trying hard to complete a degrees and a new career path, the money I outlay for my recreation is done carefully, so I is frustrating to have this issue my first time buying.

Sorry about your experience with that grower's product. Many growers hand-trim their bud and want to package nice full buds which can result in the bigger buds having a small stem in the middle.

Talee was very helpful during my first visit to the store. Great service and information about the products in the store.
atmosphere is bland, selection is a bunch of b grade, the only thing for 10 a gram is worse than c grade, taste harsh, no high. Employees do not seem very enthusiastic about their job. Depressing experience overall. I feel ashamed for medical patients who will be forced into stores like this, a real downgrade from any medical dispensary in my opinion.

This place is a hole in the wall. It was where I used to shop when I thought it was still the only store. While their customer service is good - the shopping part of it is infuriating. You feel like you have to either know what you want before you get to the counter or be very quick about your decision. The quality of their product was so hit and miss for me. Very rare that I found a bud to my standards.

We actually moved to our NEW, Larger Store just across the parking lot on Thursday, February 18th.
We have lots of product on display in new glass display cases that provide our customers the ability to take their time and window shop a bit so there's no hurry!
We now have one of the largest showroom floors in Spokane showcasing our greatly expanded bud, concentrates, joints and edibles selection.
I encourage you to come on in to see our new store and take your time talking to our fantastic budtenders!

laid back atmosphere, great employees and strain suggestions, reasonable prices
Easy to find with very helpful, polite staff that helped an old lady who could be their mother (or grandmother). The employee recommendations were made from their perspective and experience. I think this was my third visit to this store.
I love this place. The employees know their strains and are always so helpful.
Good bud friendly staff, great deals. Great location. All around my favorite place to go!

staff is always friendly and very knowledgable. some of the better prices in town. love going in there, the atmosphere is so welcoming.
Thought the customer service was absolutely top notch.

I have been 4 times now. I was there on opening day, and of course, waited in a long line. I have tried 4 strains from here and they were all of the most excellent quality. Expensive, but then that was to be expected at first. Fantastic herbs and medication, clean-cut staff, fast and friendly service. This seems better run than the liquor store. They even hand out free cold water bottles.
Very good store. Friendly staff and good selection. Also has very good deals every week or so
