Workers here were amazing. Told them it was my first time, and they were extremely friendly and helpful. one guy even said he was from South Dakota, like me. Can't remember the name, weed was good.
I had press ordered some wedding cake..when I came to pick it up..they were out..but gave me a deal on my purchase.Great customer service
I've been here perhaps three times before last night's visit, and service has always been decent, but last night (Sep. 15) I was helped by a budtender who made the visit so much better with her friendliness and courtesy. I wish I had gotten her name. Friendly budtenders are of equal importance to me as good prices and quality weed. One reason I won't go back to Affinity, located closer to my home, is that I've been treated like a Walmart customer there by a budtender who seemed to resent her job, never looked me in the eye or thanked me for my purchase. I'll happily go to Starbuds again. And again.

The staff is COMPLETELY rude as if you're disrupting they're day by walking in. I stood in the lounge for what seemed like forever. I soon as I was let in, not one person greeted me. The staff was talking amongst themselves. I felt like i was intruding or something. Then when someone finally did decide to offer assistance, I asked about different strains of flower and she just listed them by name offering no explination about them or ANY INFORMATION ABOUT ANY PRODUCTS!! This place is NOT ideal. The staff is rude and after attempting to buy product from there 3 times, I will NEVER go back. I suggest you people go elsewhere for your weed. Starsucks* I wouldn't recommend this place, in fact, I'd go outta my way to tell people to go somewhere else better. Sort it out Starbuds...☹
2day was my first time at starbuds and I enjoyed my experience. Star buds is a great place 2 buy high quality THC . The best part about it is that I didn’t have 2 wait in line. There was a wide variety of weed. I appreciate the great customer service. I definitely will be coming back for the specials.
