Stoney's Joint - Tahlequah

I’m having to leave this review because I feel i was treated rather rude, just now on the phone. Going by their online menu, I called the Tahlequah location to check on a couple of different online flower strains, to see if they had them in stock, before I drove 45 miles, one way, to pick them up. He informed me he didn’t have any of the ones I asked him about, and that he really couldn’t talk about product over the phone and that he had a customer to wait on. Well, what in the heck does he think I am, not a customer? I wasn’t asking for any other info on product, other than did they have it in stock. I have never been in this stores location, and not so sure that I want to, if that’s how they are. And he was told that I was driving a long ways and didn’t want to drive it for nothing. I wish I would have gotten his name. Not very customer friendly

Stoneys is great always good service, good product And good prices!!! Love this place it’s our go to!!!!

Most of the employees have a good attitude. There’s really only one that doesn’t but he could be going thru something. But that being said, they always go above and beyond and joke around and conversate. When they are busy it is hard to answer a lot of questions especially if it’s just you.

My friend came in to get some meds the other night, and asked them about their website. She was then told that they no longer use the website for an online menu. When she asked what they use now if anything the employee rudely ignored her question, and just asked what she wanted. If the staff cant uphold some decent respect, and treat people nicely then anyone that we know which is a good portion of Tahlequah will start going else where. Having good product is not going to keep customers coming if you are treating them they aren't the only reason your business is still running.
