My budtender took care of me right away and answered my questions.Very clean and organized dispensary ,great prices and quality products

Very friendly staff knowledgeable with products and helpful in selection

They have the cleanest dispensary on the west side of Phoenix They are fast and welcoming They have a lot of different brands and ways of consuming the products

Great place but no deals . Only the same ones weekly. I stopped going .

They are always so nice and friendly and get you in and out fast good vibe from when you walk in love this dispensary so much!,

Clean, organized, knowledgeable employees, quick in and out process

I was extremely happy with my visit to this Story Dispensary, or as we my granddaughter and I say... The Disco! The place is spotless inside and the whole process is so simplified. It looks like an upscale boutique and everyone from "in the door and back out it again" were just upbeat and helpful. They didn't carry something I was looking for but, they told me about three places near by where I could get it!!!!😲 That has never happened to me! And I think its my new favorite place! Thanks to the entire staff on Tuesday Nov 25th 2025 for making my stop so fun!!!✌️🤟

For only being open for approximately two months, they seem well organized. The store is clean, neat and well lit. Everyone is happy to help. The prices are great, with many sale specials. I highly recommend this store.

First time visiting Story and what a great experience! Attended to quickly and love that I can pay with my phone using the app Wedge. Tyler was such a great bud tender he was patient and such a pleasure to work with. Excellent customer service. I would definitely come here again. The deals and freebies are worth it.

I love coming to Story! I used to drive out to the Tolleson location, but now this one is closer! Yay and already had some friendly faces! Always a great experience and wonderful environment 🙌🏻😁 keep it up guys! Also, I hope this location has a claw machine 🤑😝😉

These guyz are very helpful and accommodating. Great service. Thank you for being awesome!

2nd time going. I’m excited first time was pretty dope good prices nice staff mm the bud was sooooo fire for a good price

Tyler was a true professional... awesome customer service! 5 stars.

I've always loved shopping at Story. Until this evening. My Bud Tender really didn't help me shop. I explained what I was interested in. Either he was New or didn't wanna help me for some reason. Bryan another Bud Tender has been 100 awesome with me. I'm elderly and sometimes I need extra help deciding what is the Best for me. But I will continue shopping at Story. One Bad Bud won't discourage me from the Great Bud Tenders working for you all 🤟.

2nd time here and so far in n out

🔥best deals friendly staff great store
