Cameron provided excellent customer service. She went above and beyond to accommodate me with my order. Store is clean and atmosphere is peaceful.

On my last visit, there were about 13 customers waiting to make a purchase. I was the only medical patient, had a preorder and still had to wait nearly 30 minutes because they were short staffed from doing inventory the night before. I understand it needs to be done, but it shouldn’t be at my expense! The budtender was not pleasant and very unapologetic about the wait or service. On top of that I couldn’t get all the medicine I needed for the week to manage my chronic issues because I was restricted to purchasing one bag of edibles of a particular brand and another item I ordered was now suddenly “out of stock”. There are way too many options for me to waste my time dealing with this. You lost a patient.

I visited Story about a week ago in between my job sites. The facility was clean, the staff was good to the customers and each other, and I got what I needed! Tyrone helped and was so amazing! He explained everything in a way I could understand and got me to purchase a little more without stepping outside of my budget. If I lived on that side… they would be my go-to! 😘

Placed 4 orders online. Call twice after waiting 3 hours from my order to get processed. Even talked to the manager, I was told my order would be ready in 20 minutes. It wasn't, it was never ready. Thanks for wasting my time.
