I love this place, staff has been amazing and reeeally great products BUT, twice I placed an order, received affirmation it was received then got the message saying my orders ready. I’ve been pretty sick, the weathers been dangerous lately and I have limited funds. I drive thru heavy snow and bad roads and really cold temps only to find out your store in st. Joseph Missouri was closed. You left a note on the door saying you were “having tech problems”. Jokes on me bcuz I did it AGAIN the next day!! You guys are going to have to call me personally, give me my blue dream live sugar I had ordered 2 days in a row for FREE before I waste more fuel that I couldn’t and can’t afford before I’ll be back and that REALLY SUCKS bcuz I like you guys and your product, but you have pissed me off. Check your security footage that shows your front parking lot, you’ll see me and I wasnt the only really confused and disappointed person that this happened to. You guys need to make this right.

I have had so many issues with this place between my orders getting lost an my mother went in for her first time and slipped and fell when she asked where all the water came from she was informed that they just mopped bur there was no wet floor signs..

My online order was $23 after discount and points, showed up to get it and they said the online site isn't charging the right tax, so it ended up being $34 instead. They lost me as a customer first try. Staff was friendly, store was clean etc.

Sunny Daze over a year ago went out of their way to push out employees who would not support a general manager and her cronies that consistently broke state laws. My experience with them was that an hour before my meeting with their head of compliance at the time to report these violations in detail I was called and fired under false pretense. The accusations made against me were discarded as fraudulent by a court and the employee who made them was fired for stealing. I do not make these statements lightly or as someone who wishes the business ill. I was one of the initial shift leads, and the only one of them with any kind of existing cannabis knowledge. I trained that staff, including the general manager on how to use every system they use, and to this day my name is the only one that has it's own category of Google reviews. I probably should have sued them but didn't, and I'm not saying that everybody whom works there is bad, just that when presented with facts, they refuse to admit when they are wrong and make things right with someone. Just be mindful of who you give your money to, if they are willing to do this, what other morally questionable actions are they willing to take?

This place is absolute garbage. Understaffed 100% of the time, the prices online are just straight up lies, staff is rude, overpriced, garbage product. Management has no clue what they’re doing. Again, online will tell you the price is one thing, you will get there and they will take more money than what they said. It’s an absolute rip off. Do not go here. Go to vertical or fresh karma.

you're better off going somewhere else. this place is poorly ran, they double charged me, ACKNOWLEDGED they double charged me, then ghosted me when talking about refunding me. almost $100 just gone. they also bait switched prices on us and were terrible, unattentive, budtenders. this place is a ripoff, and Hunter sucks.

I had a great first time experience here and the Bud Tender was knowledgeable and friendly!

Budtenders are great at Sunny Daze. Even helped me when I couldnt walk. Definitely go out of their way.

Every time I go to this place. I am greeted with very pleasant people. I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes. And that was only once. If you're looking for friendly service with no wait time. This is the place to be

Needs to fill in the gap of informing her customers what payments she can run at her register especially when the company advertises we accept debit cards should not have to wait until after I have been wranged up to find out that I cannot use my debit card should have been the first thing said when she told me she could help me when I stated I would have waited for somebody else versus now having to get out of line go to your ATM and come back she said no one else was available but when I left there were several Associates that came out to tell me that I was being rude and I cannot be rude to their budtenders but they can be rude to the customers this will be an absolute Last Resort for me my friends and any family
