Sunnyside Medical Cannabis Dispensary - Bulter

Terrible dispensary. Does not stand by their accessories. I purchased 2 cartisan vapes, 1 broke after a month, I submitted a claim thru cartisan, bought another cartisan because the guy at the dispensary told me I could return this new one if it was bad. This one didn't even last 1 week. Tried to return it and they won't accept exchanges or returns now. The small vape shops treat you better than they do. Get accessories there instead. Not to mention yesterday they kept taking everyone in line before me because my cashier took a break in the middle of a rush. So I had to wait about 20 extra minutes while the other 2 guys (one of which was the one who told me to return the newer cartisan vape if it didn't work) took everyone else in line behind me, before me as I waited Do not recommend. I would honestly rather drive to grove city or Pittsburgh than deal with this place anymore.

Hi Rachel at Sunnyside Butler, so my thoughts on the Mango Cart are that I thought it was too strong of a Mango taste for me, not crazy about this one. I’ve been coming here for 7 years now and I really have not had a bad experience as of yet, I remember the first time I came in and Trimm waited on me and he still has a smile on his face when you come in! Jen is just so sweet, Maddie is great so is Rachel, everybody has been so very sweet to me over the last 7 years! Great job Sunnyside!

Jenny and Ryan are two of the most knowledgeable and helpful employees that are willing to share that knowledge and consistently do it with a smile. Always a pleasure to chat with them. Sunnyside overall has been a great experience.

Place is a sh*t hole. They make you stand outside in the freezing cold. Then for Christmas you get a scratch off card. They give you 50 percent off of Cresco... But remove everything Cresco has off the menu other than cuts!!!! Don't waste your time or money going there!!!
