Sunnyside Medical Cannabis Dispensary - Mohawk Valley

I have been very happy with my purchases with the exception of my last purchase of the Select brand Blackberry gummies. I hope to enable to exchange them for the better ones!! They are harder than they should be and seemed dried out! I had gotten the Boboe brand that came in a box and the outer wrapper which were GREAT TASTING and more like softer gummies!!! In blackberry, pear and peach flavors. All three taste great and help me with sleep and pain issues! I'm hoping to hear from someone there as I've tried to call and have sent an e-mail but, no reply so far!

I have used several dispensaries within a fifty mile radius, and this one is by far the best one! I've come here for several months now. The staff are extremely friendly, knowledgable, and on point. They don't try to upsell me stuff I don't need, and the atmosphere is as relaxed and comforting as can be. Very happy with this place! Highly recommend!!

I’m completely new to the world of cannabis, like zero idea on what is what and what it does I just wanted something without tons of side effects for my MS and migraines and a friend recommend I consider cannabis. After getting my card I did the research and this place stuck out for the good reviews and decent pricing. When I went I was nervous TBH but the girl I worked with on my first visit was very friendly, knowledgeable and did not make me feel stupid at all for asking questions. I’ve only been 2x but I drive almost an hour to go here cause the ratings were better than than the 2 rather close to me and I have not been disappointed. Everyone is very friendly, the space is very clean and very comfortable, and comes across very professional with the focus on the medical aspect (nothing wrong with recreational at all but this place knows it’s market is medical right now and presents as such). Also located in a safe area with plenty of parking and open 7 days a week which can be hard to find. Would def recommend and will continue to come here.

website issues are a problem, They don’t catch up to cancellations on time…. I ordered something for $111 then I cancel that ….. I ordered something for $155 confirmed it placed the order I get to dispensary I’m talking to guy at the front he had issues with the SEP website he didn’t get my order The guy behind the register confirms he’s got my order he goes back to pick it up between the two I only remember hearing white Runtz and 111 and at that point it did not dawn on me. I returned to pick up what they did not give me , i had $ on me plus to let them know that something had gone wrong on the website To be quite honest with you so very uncomfortable because it’s almost like turning the tables on the customer Hell I went back in to purchase more on their websites mistake and then decided not to because I felt uncomfortable with the conversation,,,,,, I don’t know they’re the only place around me It’s a hit or miss and it’s not the best but you know gratitude goes along way PEACE

This place was great, I did an online order but I ended up getting more items because of their deals. Their products were great, the customer service was great. Everyone was super helpful and nice.

Great customer service. Friendly, easy going staff who are nice to talk to and make you feel welcome. Good selection of products to choose from. Quality is great. Weekly deals, and you can opt in to their loyalty rewards program online to earn points after each online order. Worth the visit for sure.

I went in with my temporary card image expecting a hassle, but the staff were all so understanding and efficient and I was cleared within a couples minutes. Then someone sat down with me, asked a few questions and gave me a rundown, showed me some narrowed down options, and answered every question easily. I came out of there with clean, high quality weed and a giant sense of relief. No more street weed for me

Visiting here from Portland Oregon. Visiting Syracuse actually... Looked this place up. You poor cannabis users in New York!!!! You are all getting ripped off so so so badly. It's insane how much this place charges. Anyone that reads this, take a second and change your location to Portland OR and take a look at couple menus... You're being ripped off here in New York.

Staff is very helpful and friendly each time I've been there. Quality is good, prices are kind of high but they do have deals especially for 1st time customers. it is also the closest shop in my area.

I currently visited sunnyside Medical Cannabis Dispensary - Mohawk Valley . I was not happy about information given to me by employee. The employee I engaged with did not have that much knowledge of products I wanted. Was not helpful with the product I Purchased. Lots of missed communication from the employee and ended up purchasing the wrong product. Very unhappy with service and being misguided.

The store doesn’t look like much from the outside but upon entering was pleased with the environment. A nice clean dispensary with a staff that was patient as it was my first time visiting a dispensary. The staff was very knowledgeable and I left happy with a little bit of everything to try!

First time in. New patient. Misled by my doctor. Need to register with NY site BEFORE I can purchase. Luckily the staff was more than helpful in getting my card. Very knowledgeable and pharmacist on staff for any questions they can't answer. Highly recommend this dispensary.

I had a bad experience while purchasing some products at Sunnyside Medical Cannabis Dispensary. The pharmacist was trying to recommend product that was over price and not necessary for my self. Pharmacist was not looking after my well being overall. I would not recommend this place.
