I need to update my review yet again for this establishment. They have gotten better quality strains . That’s great . But , after reading a review about people weighing the 7g pre ground and it being short I bought 2 (14gs) and what do ya know both were just under a half gram short ! 6.6 & 6.7 ... I know it’s not a lot to me . But times that by the tens of thousands of patients they take care of and what do you have ? a massive inventory of illegal unaccounted for product they can sell on the black market & double they’re profit on the legal sales .... Well technically it’s accounted for because they are legally entitled to dispense the full 7gs that’s accounted for in the MMR. This is totally messed up and needs to be investigated by third party sources and not just internally
Well I asked why they don’t put tamper proof lids or covers on their flower products. And said how do I know these weigh. So got home of the 2 eighths I bought neither one weighed between the two it was a half of gram short. I immediately called but was told I would have to drive the 30 miles back to the store. To do anything about even with pictures. I highly recommend bringing your scale to the store if buying flower. As that is the only way to get your actual purchased amount. You would think as this is a medication that I have to get a prescription for they would actually sell the correct weights. Guess Surterra thinks they don’t have to or are out right ripping us off. There is no excuse for light flower when you pay for something you are to get what you paid for. If anything it should be over to guarantee what they are putting in the registry is correct, as currently it is not.
