Tay is always fast and efficient! I love this dispensary so much. Always a better experience than I am expecting. Every other dispensary in Orange Park has a minimum of a 10 minute wait. I can't name a single time I've spent more than 5 mins in this place and I go here twice a week on average. Always Impresses!

I’ve been to Surterra several times now in Orange Park and the customer service and quality of the products has always been wonderful and consistent. Today I had my first delivery experience with them and it went flawlessly and Patty was so friendly and she came in the time frame discussed. She even had dog treats for my black lab. Even better the delivery was free if I ordered it and had it delivered the next day. I will definitely do that again.
Surterra was absolutely awesome. I'm usually a bit nervous in new places, however Customer Service was so sweet and kind. They took the time to explain things to myself and my daughter. Very clean and sanitary store. Love the discounts, will definitely be going back! Thank you!
Everyone who works here was very knowledgeable and friendly especially Marley and Max!!! Max was great and super quick at checking me out! Will definitely be back here!
