Idk what it is about this place but I never get a good vibe coming here. They sell you very old weed without wanting to tell you… definitely better places that are far more worth going to

The customer service at this retailer just plain SUCKS! I had an issue with the gram of extract I spent $30 on. The issue was when I opened the package the dab leaked all over and could not be seen until it was opened. It was a mess.. I called in to speak with someone about an exchange of product. They basically said I caused the leak by leaving it in my car for the day, I just bought it within 10 minutes. of the call, They refused to help and said it was my issue and needed to take it up with the vendor. I now drive past them to way better options in Port Orchard or Belfair to the Root Cellar, great customer service at the Root Cellar

I’m sorry sorry you had a bad gram. We are sorry that happened and it is not our policy to turn you away with a faulty product. Please bring it back and we will take care of you.
