I spend a lot of money here and participated in their "points" program. It had been a very long time since I had cashed in my points, so I decided to use them today. Unfortunately, they replaced the program with another, and I no longer had any points. I must have had well over $100 worth of points, just gone. There was no notice to cash them in before the program ended. I spoke to the manager, but she didn't get it. She said I did not lose my points and I can now get up to 20% discounts with the new program. How did I not lose my points? The best part was, she thought it was funny. I guess we don't find the same things funny. This place has been going downhill for a while. High turnover with inferior replacements - less knowledgeable and less customer friendly. But, their selection has gotten significantly better. Unfortunately, when a business screws you over then laughs in your face, it is time to move on. My Sweetspot has turned sour!
I have been to Sweetspot many times now and have had an incredible experience every time. I have had a tender named Ian most times ive gone and he is incredibly helpful in listening to what I need, extremely knowledgeable and is able to talk extensively about every product, and just very fun, casual and friendly. Would highly recommend Sweetspot and even more highly recommend Ian.
