Being a first time buyer, I had no idea what to expect. Unfortunately I spent my allowance on the recommendation and the $50 bucks for the state of ohio's cut. I went in with my card, ID, and prefilled out new patient form. Was greeted and my info put ito database. Sat down for about 3-4 minutes, and was called into "the inner sanctum" by my bud tender I am really sorry that I did not get her name, but a delightful young lady- cashier #68851 (give her a raise). She was extremely patient, and explained the process to me.I shared too much info and she pulled back and told me she really can't hear/ my background as it dealt with my life before having my MM card, and kept movingin the sale forward. I told her what my issue was and she recommended a product (that happened to be on sale). I bought 2 as I thought it would be more $$.I will try her recommendendation in the next couple of days. They need to train their associates with some customer service skills
No manners, condescending, offer gift cards for collecting points, never have the gift cards
No accountability,
The associate named Roman , really needs to be trained in how to treat customers
Seriously lacking on services
Always a friendly staff, efficient service, and great product. This place is the serious business.
