Staff is rude, and talks, plays the whole time. Very disorganized in the back items everywhere, long wait lines while staff plays with each other, errors in items and online system. Appointments are a joke! And tell ur staff to pull their Pants UP!

As far as products, service, and atmosphere this dispensary is fantastic. Parking sucks, and it's hard to imagine them not outgrowing the place. Small issues. Great place

This was my 1st dispensary when I got my card 3 years ago, and back then there weren't many local choices. When I was going there, regularly everyone was super nice! As time progressed and more dispensary's opened, I started shopping around. Back then other places were offering online ordering making it even easier and at this time other dispensary's offered higher % for Veteran's. Now I check the menus and if Terravida has something hard to find/popular strain, I'll run in. And every time I have been in there in the last 6 months, the staff is always different, and not as nice as years ago. Maybe I phrased that wrong, maybe less patient would be better to say than not nice...either way, I only go here if absolutely needed. The last time I attempted to, the line was outside, around the building at least 30 people, if not more. I pulled in and pulled right out. The pain and anxiety would have been too much, had I stood in that line. It was too late in the evening for me to run to another dispensary and I ended up having to wait till the next day to pick up a prescription at a different location. Perhaps on "high demand days" or holidays they should take either only walk ins OR only online orders to ensure patients are getting their medication.

The staff here are very friendly and always pleasant. They are very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions. This is my favorite dispensary!

The best dispensary in the state. Abington and Sellersville locations are both beautiful, comfortable and filled with caring staff. They keep their ever-growing menus updated daily! Their customer service is #1.

i’m a regular here, and i couldn’t dream about going anywhere else. even if you can’t find what you’re looking for on the menu, the staff and atmosphere will keep you coming back, it feels almost like a family there. they remember me and my caregiver every week, the staff is beyond kind and sincere, and it’s always clean inside with the COMFIEST chairs!!! this was my first dispensary i went to, and i know i’ll be coming back for years !!!

This was my first dispensary I ever went to & for quite a few months it was my favorite of all the local dispensaries. Over the last month of purchasing from this dispensary I noticed they would switch items I had ordered with other smaller dosage/more expensive items instead. It seemed that instead of pulling the online order when it was placed they pulled it before the patient actually shows up. Major red flag! I never once visited a CVS & got half the persciption I ordered for only a few dollars less than the original! This shows a major lack of care for their patients & this business is supposed to be caring for the ill & trying to help rather than make more money off them. On multiple occasions I would leave in the "comment" section when placing the order that I would most likely be in before my order set time. On multiple occasions I had to stand there & wait while they pulled it, regardless of how long ago I placed my order. Most recently it got to the point where they had sold out of items & decided to put the disposables in their place. I had caught it everytime except for my last visit. The man who completed my order was clearly new & they let him go untrained. He didn't even list my medications off to me, just told me my total. I noticed it seemed a little lower than it should so I asked him if all the items I ordered were in fact there & he assured me they were. I took my transportation home, as I cannot drive & when I arrived I noticed what had happened. At this point I am not going to return again as this is a waste of my time & money. Also the 3 pens I bought "Terravida" brand all came out of packaging. It seemed quite weird but I didn't think much of it. Within 2 weeks 1 of them wont charge or work at all. The brands Terravida sells are great quality & the selection is decent. After the thousands ive already spent there I was quite disappointed to see this "small business" doing business in such an ill manner & I am advising my friends & family to look into other dispensaries who regularly have promotions & have point systems(Terravida does not). There have been 2 other locations I've visited who when they made a mistake they compensated & the "rules" are all implemented by the establishment when it comes to this. Very sad but happy to know my town is finally getting its first dispensary by mid 2021.

I left the first dispensary I visited without buying. Way too expensive, slim selection, and no vibe. Came to Terravida in Malvern and was blown away. Beautiful facility. Great staff. Vast inventory. I’ve been back since. My favorite.

This place is a true medical clinic, with a friendly staff, and spa type atmosphere..the pharmacists are amazing! I saw Becky and she was able to help me find things that have actually helped me with constant muscle spasms, inflamation, and pain management and it is working! Becky along with other specialists there, have gotten me to a place where in 2 months I am using fewer steroids, narcotic and otc pain meds, muscle relaxers and anxiety meds and I'll be damned if the results aren't exactly what we talked about. So grateful to have found Terravida!

Out of all the locations that are within 40 miles of me, Terravida Abington has the best prices, the most selection and overall I feel the best vibe. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Definitely worth a visit!
