Zen Leaf - Sellersville

I’ve visited several dispensaries in the area over the past three years, and Zen Leaf in Sellersville has consistently provided one of the poorest customer-service experiences. This was my third visit, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. The front-desk staff were unwelcoming and lacked the friendly, personable approach I’ve experienced at other dispensaries. I would rather take my business somewhere that makes its customers feel valued.

A very knowledgeable staff that is willing to band over backwards to help you understand what you need and in depth understanding of their products. My dispensary of choice.

Just got my card and stopped by a dispensary in Quakertown, but they told me it was a bad time and I should come back another time. Not how I thought my first visit to a dispensary would go... So I went down to Zen Leaf (formerly TerraVida I believe) instead, and was greeted by one of the nicest receptionists I've ever met. Even though it was my first visit the check-in process was quick and easy, I had the option to see a pharmacist or just speak with a budtender right away. I opted out of the pharmacist consultation and sat in their waiting area for only about 5 minutes before being helped by Rachel who was great to deal with. She asked what I was looking for and made great recommendations for what I needed. First visit gives you 20% off! They also have a rewards program as an added benefit! Looking forward to my next visit, thanks for turning a bad experience into a great one! 👍

My wife n I have been here since there opening.mtjey are THE MOST professional, friendly, knowledgeable , compassionate people who will bend over backwards to help you. For month together CHRIS V, and staff ordered in items I found and needed for treatment. Terra Vida has gone out of there way to ensure I had the medicine I needed, when I was hospitalized, they had the concentrate ICAN 59/50 THC CBD to help beat the infection. All I can say is in a year thanx to help from everyone fro KAREN,Desiree, Lola ndsay, Jimmy, Joaquin,Josh...I’m sorry if I missed someone....EVERONE here does there job professionally n own I treatise to have u feeling better. Thank to Chris V never ending level of energy has her all over the state finding new product, medicine, offering every type from flower...over 100 strains, carts of all kinds...but the BEST THING ABOUT ALL TERRA VIDA LOCATIONSIS THEY HAVE THE BIGGEST SELECTION......but what I like best is if they DO NOT. Have what ya need they’ll get it . Also take note they have the best selection n pricing I’ve seen, So for those who say always busy, things outta stock.....all I can say is they are busy because they are the top PA DISPENSARY !!! For other patients not used to marijuana remember, this is not a POT SHOP,this is a 21 century pharmacy ....... Btw I live in an area that i have 4 dispensaries....but. Drive the extra 12 miles to Terra Vida......because the people there make me feel comfy!!!! Remember this works....do your research n a good Vaporizer n with product specialists you’ll get Releaf , and used properly 3,5 grams will last much longer in a Vaporizer n the effects are ten fold Good luck C YA at Terra Vida
