Just got my card and stopped by a dispensary in Quakertown, but they told me it was a bad time and I should come back another time. Not how I thought my first visit to a dispensary would go... So I went down to Zen Leaf (formerly TerraVida I believe) instead, and was greeted by one of the nicest receptionists I've ever met. Even though it was my first visit the check-in process was quick and easy, I had the option to see a pharmacist or just speak with a budtender right away. I opted out of the pharmacist consultation and sat in their waiting area for only about 5 minutes before being helped by Rachel who was great to deal with. She asked what I was looking for and made great recommendations for what I needed. First visit gives you 20% off! They also have a rewards program as an added benefit! Looking forward to my next visit, thanks for turning a bad experience into a great one! 👍

They are very friendly, but when they’re busy they sometimes seem to ignore the fact that they’re busy and take forever to walk out and grab people when there’s a line out the door and 5 workers just standing in the back

The wait for curbside is literally insanely long. The staff gives you 20 questions before even getting you your product, which is awful is you have social anxiety. I really don’t like this place anymore since I found somewhere way more efficient. Not worth the wait. The menu is really hit or miss (mostly miss) and their 520 batteries are TRASH. Do not buy their brand 520 battery!!! Mine absolutely fell apart after 2 months of use. The charger literally fell apart when I unscrewed it. I never treated it badly or used it in a rough way. It’s insane. This place is just....so bad
