The Botanist - Montville (Med)

I've been a patient for a few years now and I could see myself going anywhere else. The staff alone makes it worth it. Everyone is friendly and have worked very hard to keep wait times down for us patients. To name a few of the amazing people there, Hilary, Olga, Paula, and tall and super friendly guy who hurt their hand pretty bad but still kept a smile.

The staff is wonderful at the botanist in montville! The front staff is so knowledgeable and always willing to help! Shout out to Kaleigh and Addison for always having a welcoming smile! Thank you Jim the pharmacist for being so patient and answering all questions and easing my worries. Paula and Olga make me feel so comfortable :)

I came to this dispensary looking for quality med mj products and what I got was a whole lot more. It's a little community filled with every type of person under the sun. Staff is so kind and knowledgeable. I moved an hour away but I still work in New london County, and I've been slow to change my dispensary designation. It makes me happy just to drive to The Botanist. I'm greeted with the best smiles. I will truly miss it.

I have been a medical marijuana user since my first cervical spinal fusion surgery back in December 2015. I have always used the Montville location of The Botanist. They are very knowledgeable of their products and will always take time to answer questions and insure that their clients are satisfied. I am very particular about taste…they always are very helpful in selecting my product when I arrive for pickup☺️. When I want product to stimulate my appetite or to help me sleep, they are there to assist me in this product selection!! ☺️

I have been going to the botanist montville for 5 years now! I really enjoy going there for my medicine! The kind and pleasant staff are always so friendly and knowledgeable! The botanist montville is literally the BEST! The staff is knowledgeable and super kind and helpful. And if one person doesn’t have an answer to a question, they make sure to find someone who does have an answer. Been going 3 years now and NO COMPLAINTS!! Drive to Massachusetts! It is so much CHEAPER! This dispensary has high prices and little availability of Sativa. The pricing is ridiculous.

The OGs remember Thames Valley when it was in the old building. The folks at this dispensary are top notch. I started my med card 5 years ago with their help. They looked out for me time and again. Great product. Fair prices. Veterans discount for those vets out there. There's a small smoke shop adjoining the dispensary to pick your papers up without having to stop at another place. All in all awesome.

Thames Valley Relief has been my medical dispensary for about 3 years now. Since day one I have had nothing but stellar service from TVAR. The staff is extremely chill and helpful, the pharmacists know their stuff and can help explain some of the (unusual) wording the CT Naming program uses. I am moving to New Hampshire soon, and will miss TVAR very much. I really hope N.H has such a great program as CT currently has. Our prices here, especially for concentrates, are from what I understand some of lowest in the Country. The 4 manufacturers/growers have been doing a great job. We have pretty much everything as of today (June 2021) Hoping we get some diamonds soon, the newer Rosin Hash and Rosin Extracts we have had are phenomenal and very affordable. In 1999 my 18 y/o self would have NEVER believed I would one day be able to legally buy and consume world class cannabis products, probably would have lost it to see what we have all accomplished over the years. All the employees are so respectful and kind. I feel super comfortable coming here, everyone is knowledgeable and willing to help if you have a question or need an opinion. I definitely don’t feel like just another patient here, which is impressive considering the amount of people they see. They recently started carrying more variety of products, and almost every time I go in they have what I need. They have a great loyalty program, in addition to sales several times a year. They recently redid the decor in the building, and it’s always impeccably clean in the building. I definitely recommend the botanist if you are looking for a new dispensary!

Alls I require of where I spend my time and money: kind/pleasant/affordable places with excellent product. I experience the kind of experience I’m looking for here at The Botanist…consistently.
