I was a loyal customer that only shopped here until today. I bought two full gram cartridges, first one was fine, opened the second one the next week and only got about halfway through it before it was clogged. I kept trying to get it to unclog but it kept burning the oil only and now looks to be a little less than halfway full. Called in the morning and let them know I bought these cartridges within the last 2-3 weeks and it’s clogged. The girl (I think her name was Kayla) said no problem, bring it by today and we’ll switch it out. Stopped by and was told because I bought it over a week ago they won’t replace it. Even though I just opened the second cartridge a few days ago and they already told me they would replace it. Instead, they want me to spend more money and they’ll discount a new cartridge by 25%. So now I’ve wasted money, time, and gas. Definitely not the way to handle this situation.

I just got ripped off at the dispensary. I did curbside pickup and my change came back $20 short. I talked to the manager and he insisted I got the correct change. He stated gave him $80 and received $44.49 cash back. I told him that I only gave him $60 and only got $4.49 back. I told him that was impossible because I only had $60. Needless to say I won't be going there again! Buyer beware!
