While they offer medical and veteran discount don't be surprised at their rudeness when they don't make as much as on recreational. I feel for this reason they will take you out of order that you checked in. Even if you have a pre-order. (Don't Pre-Order!) I had too may times where I felt DISCRIMINATED against because I was a medical patient, senior and a Army Veteran. Avoid the bud tender with the hefty beard and glasses. Last time I checked in for medical and another was checking in for rec. at same time, but when he asked who came in first and I said Me he purposely ignored and took the other person first. (Guess he's only looking at commission from the sale). I used to spend $400-600 monthly, but I found a better dispensary to use. They’re loss!

I've been a loyal customer since they first opened, and have always received amazing customer service until today. Id just like to point out that ALOT of people that come in and shop here have mental health issues. Alot of people use THC for depression and anxiety. I'm definitely one of those people. When I was checking out earlier today, the person that was ringing me up said "are you ok" I was a bit stunned because that's not something most people would ask, so I said what do you mean? She looked at me like I was crazy and actually kind of imitated me, and said something like well the way your acting I wasn't sure if you were maybe in a hurry or something? I said umm no I have ADHD and anxiety so this is how I always am. It was EXTREMELY EMBARRASSING!!! I have never had anyone treat me like that. Not sure if she meant well or was being straight up disrespectful, but either way it did not feel good. I'm a customer that is purchasing your product FOR MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES, that said the people that work there should keep in mind that ALOT of their clients do have issues, and should never be made to feel like I was today. I'm not a person that ever leaves negative reviews or makes a big deal out of things, however this felt like something I couldn't ignore because I wouldn't want another customer to be humiliated like I just was. Maybe if she had a smile on her face or seemed genuinely interested in how I was feeling, but unfortunately the look on her face was full of judgment!!!!!?????? I was definitely embarrassed, and no customer should be made to feel self-conscious like this. Thank you for your time.

Kayla should have been fired as well as your stepdaughter. Diabolical and traumatic that was. Seeking pro-bono currently. You put me (disabled mentally) as well as my Loved One with a disability in DANGER with your games that night. I could write essays. I hope all involved are handled by God Himself because the Owner obviously doesn't give 2 cents. Do better, like waaaaaayyyy better.

I went there yesterday to pick up 2 g of floWer. I called the store ahead of time after I placed my order online and spoke to someone confirming that they got my order and they understood what I needed but apparently after hanging up the van, she didn’t do a thing and just left it for the bud tenders to figure out and that’s actually what she said she was going to. Nothing. So when I arrive to pick up curbside the guy working curbside ignored me for the first 10 minutes. I encountered this person at a different dispensary in town here to go and got yelled at by hom because I pressed the doorbell when I couldn’t find anyone outside to handle curbside. Now he’s working at the dispensary and after waiting yesterday for 20 minutes I finally went in the store hoping to get my 2 g a little faster. I explain to the people in the store that I had volunteer work at the nursing home that I was scheduled to go to, and I didn’t want to be late. Then a girl comes out to me and ask for my money and my card, which I had already given the guy now about 25 minutes ago. People are coming and going and being serviced but I’m just waiting finally after a half an hour he brings out my card and my 2 g and is immediately angry with me that I didn’t wait outside he followed me outside. He was yelling my name across the parking lot Then followed me then came follow me to my vehicle and started confronting me. I asked him to back off and it’s felt like he wanted there to be a physical confrontation so I left a horrible experience and I wasn’t make it able to make it to the nursing home on time , some people just don’t belong in customer service and some dispensaries are very very inefficiently run I could name many that are better, but I’ll give an example greenhouse wellness in Ellicott city only does curbside pick up. They are a busy store but they are able to process each curbside customer with one employee outside in 1 to 2 minutes. You would never ever have to wait more than 15 minutes and certainly never 30 minutes! And they would never dream of confronting a customer, shouting his name across the parking lot, following him to his vehicle and getting physically aggressive with a customer because they received very poor service.
