Kaylee was a wonderful bud tender. She helped find the perfect strain for my husband. I would recommend to ask her if you’re looking for something specific. She is on top of it. Truly had an amazing experience there.

First of all had issue at desk and when reported nothing was done!! Next I buy eighth of flower and it was very dry so they wanna give a free pre roll instead of replace!! Much better service at Lume!!

I stopped in for my second visit first was not great because they were out of almost everything. Second trip I grabbed a quarter of wedding crasher. It was it a pop top canister and had a great cure, not the strongest smelling or tasting but its ok. The other I grabbed three 1/8 Pre-Packed of Alien Cookies By Rare Michigan Genetics and I would recommend you stay clear of it for $35 an 1/8. Out of the 3 I got all were half popcorn and half larf and as dry as Colorado Crumble. Now this is Pre-Packaged so Firehouse has no control over quality that falls on Rare Michigan Genetics and damn they dropped the ball. Not one decent bud in them for top shelf price come on, not to mention half (LARF). I honestly expected better for top shelf price but just because they charge more don't mean it's better. I will return but I would never buy RMG ever again, I can't trust it not being Dusty and Old lol.... Sorry it wasn't a great review, but I drive 4 hrs round trip and I'm going to keep it 100. My budtender Heather was awesome she picked out some gummies for gramma :) Cheers

I had a defective vape twice in a row and they replaced it each time. Their customer service rocks and I will absolutely continue to shop there!

I live in the Eastern UP and usually hit up Sault Ste Marie but had to stop into Hannaville again! Unfortunately, the storm took out the internet but the team worked very hard to make sure I got my receipt! Exceptional service! Thank you for treating the man before me with so much kindness as well! He was comfortable enough to come in and work with you to help with his cancer side effects! 10/10 will stop in again!!!

Good dispensary for first timers. I’ve outgrown the high prices, hit-or-miss customer service, lack of flower options,etc. I’ve been many, many times and after the customer service I received from my “Bud Tender” this evening, I don’t think I’ll be back. I manage a dispensary, and I’m a Bud Tender myself, if they worked for me, I would let the person that “helped” me know, they should look for another career.

Everything thing was great, fast, and efficient. The people were very nice and I was in an out in a flash.

Was there 2weeks ago and got 3.5 grams of flower and the stuff I got was really, really dry. The buzz wasn't there. I drove almost 3 hours one way. I usually get flame stuff, but this time it was pretty much bunk. And the trim job looked like a kid did it. I'm not really mad but I think I should get store credit or reimbursed.

Love this place! Tyler & Seth took great care of us in the drive thru yesterday. We even were given a treat for our doggie that was in the car with us. Staff always very friendly & helpful.

Well lit, well staffed, very organized. Staff was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. When asked for any recommendation’s, I was not disappointed. And the discounts and specials were great.

Way too costly. You can get just as good if not better quality other places.
