Slowly stripping away customer friendly features, has sold potentially moldly bud without informing customers, sells products from unreputable brands, a soulless company run by money hungry husks.

Incredible Place. We had NSH and they were gouging the area and obtained their place through the shady arrest of the original owner by dirty cops. When The Fire Station arrived , after the rest of the garbage our local religious and politician leaders did when they got them all shut down , except NSH funny huh , it was a breath of fresh air. Selection is fantastic , prices can't be beat , the delivery is an absolute treasure for those of us disabled and more or less house bound. Been a cpl years and I have zero complaints and nothing but praise. I never write reviews but this place , it deserved it. May you be here a long long time , or at least until I dirt nap any way.

Great atmosphere, friendly budtenders with quality recommendations to offer, and a frequently updated menu are some of my favorites aspects of The Fire Station. Never been disappointed with their products or staff. Shout out to Gabbi for being a chill and helpful person, love the hair! 🏳️‍🌈

This place is the best place to go it has the best atmosphere it has the best people they're so kind and generous and they treat you like family and best place I love it. Keep up the good work guys and girls you guys are doing a wonderful job and I love you.

Bad customer service

Highly recommend this place. It’s been my go to every time. Emma made my experience that much better by offering me amazing customer service and was able to help me locate the products I was looking for.

Lindsey was super friendly when we checked in. Great ability to visit with customers and informative. My bud tender was Davonte and he was just great. It can be overwhelming to shop anywhere that has a lot of product to offer and Davonte made it a easy experience!

No hassle online ordering and quick efficient service (not to mention primo products!) via curbside is why The Fire Station is my go to place whenever I’m visiting the U.P. from SC. I’ve had 5 star service at locations in Marquette & Houghton. Will definitely be back to see these guys in January…know what I mean? 🥰🥰🥰

Was a very nice and clean, prices could be a bit lower, some employees really nice and honest and others just trying to sell.

You need to know that the budtenders are ignorant. They tried to sell me the highest priced flower after I asked for the cheapest. Budtender was ignorant about his own product, and didn't know the stores prices. He was too busy chatting with others while I was trying to order to even realize what I was telling him. There are other choices for purchasing recreational that make it worth passing right on by this place.

I think they have the best variety and price of products in town. A+
