Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable

We drove 4 hours round trip, it was well worth it. We were greeted with a great customer service smile by Armando, he informed us of everything we needed to know being first time customers. Corey then greeted us at the door, he answered our questions and referred us to a certain product, it was super quick and easy. I recommend The Firehouse, it's also easy to find on Hwy 139. Thank you guys for a great experience!!!

Wonderful experience for my first time at Fire Station in Iron River. Carlos was helpful in understanding my needs being a new user with some sleep issues ! The store is small, however; it is very quaint. I have been doing tons of research on strains, best companies annd best brands and what I need personally. Loved it and will return ❤️

Our only store we go to, been since they first opened in Iron River....where you are satisfied, you stay! Mike and the rest of the team are awesome, can't ask for any better. (Respect) Mindi popped out from the back and said hello. Told me that Dannan and Dalton were workinghard in the backroom for everyone! Much love and respect! I've been here a couple times and they are always really helpful but the line still moves quickly. Mike, Danelle, and the rest of the staff are amazing. Last trip, I got a mc3 custom strain preroll from frosty yooper and it was the perfect treat, it made me chill without feeling knocked out and a bit giggly. Good stuff from a great place.

Awesome staff, helped get me the right items with a few new to try. The Firestation is my go to when in Michigan, 4 trips a year to stock up. Great products, fun staff, good deals, a win-win all around.

The crew at this location were amazing! Emily was fantastic, delivered great service, and what she recommended, exceeded expectations. I will go out of my way to return to this location whenever I'm in the UP because of how much I enjoyed the experience with the staff!!

I've been stopping by the fire station about once a week ever since they opened. Today, I was shown once again why I call it my home dispensary. I get in there today, a Sunday Evening, and Leslie the cute nerdy girl checks me in. I ask her about the $55 oz deal and she questioned its quality and we joked about adding bubble hash to it if it sucks. Brad the budtender then welcomed me into the gallery. Brad is by far the guy you want selling you weed. He looks how you want to feel. He levels with me about $55 oz promotion. Its fully cured weed meant for edibles. Brad has steered me in the right direction so many times and this time is no different. He pulls out a different ounce of beautiful Apple Mintz buds for $79. Knowing my predilection for Sativa and waxing my own weed, Brad suggests some Melted Strawberries Kief,$20/g, to pair with the Apple Mintz. I only ever walk in to the weed store with $100. With tax, I'm short. Luckily Firehouse has reward points. Brad cashes in my points and throws in a crazy 51% thc live resin 1.5g preroll. With my old head thinking, I pinch myself. For $92 I walked out of the weed store with an ounce of dank nugs, a gram of "hash", and a Jeffrey. They win the weed war. They have an intimate show room and genius budtenders. If you have the patience, ask for Brad.
