I used to get text updates on products but not recently. Maybe I need to spend more money here. You guys are my closest shop. I'd spend more if I receive more recent updates.

I come here often because the budtenders are knowledgeable about different strains and products that the store carries. The prices & quality of products are very good. The manager (Josh) is nice. He is busy managing this store yet still makes time to say "hi" to regulars like me which means a lot and makes me feel like a valued customer. The Gallery is the best!

I've had so many great experiences at the Gallery stores but never thought to write a review until now.
I shop here regularly - the customer service is consistently exceptional and the store carries a nice variety of different products.
I also want to mention that the store manager Josh is a great person who is very professional and kind. It's nice to see a store that is run by a good manager who leads by example.

I have been going here for a little less than a year. At first it had great staff and great product. However, recently I’ve noticed a change in staff has made it sort of go down hill. No one seems to know the product or even where product is. I also always want more than one thing when I go in and in the past month every single budtender has not ask if I’d like anything else. They make me feel rushed. I understand needing to get thru the line, but have some patience with your customers. I love Gallery locations so I’m going start going to another one more often. Hope they get the stuff together soon.

This is definitely a great place to buy quality marijuana. The people who work here are good at recommending the right products to help me manage my health. Josh who is the manager is a nice guy. A nice Japanese American lady at a nearby grocery store suggested that I stop by and check out a really good cbd-thc topical cream that has worked wonders. The person who helped me here also educated me about the different edibles available to help me manage my pain issues. What a great place!

I'm quite disappointed from latest online order. I had ordered an 8th of XJ-13 by Noble Farms. When I pick it up, I didn't notice right away that it was a different grower, Koala Canyon, just that it was the right strain of weed I wanted. I also noticed, that this container didn't have any information, no harvest date, or any other info that is required to be displayed on the packaging. I like the online ordering, but this wholesale swap of different growers isn't acceptable, Especially, without contacting me first, I would have saved myself a trip.
I found the perfect place. Great people, great product, and great price. I'll certainly be back.

This has been my go to shop for the past year or so now. Awesome staff and knowledgeable. The vibe of the shop is also great. Would mos def recommend stopping in and checking it out🤙🏻
People are knowledgeable and pretty friendly. Lots of selection and the ability to choose glassware as well makes this a one-stop shop!

I really only go here for two reasons.
1. You are the closest to where I live.
2. Everyone that works there is great and does an excellent job.
Convenience and Customer Service have made this the only place I go for my weed needs.

The quality and variety of products is wonderful. The customer service is excellent. There are a lot of good deals that are available daily. Josh is a wonderful manager who is very knowledgeable and kind.

I dont like the fact that your site claims that it constantly updates your inventory so you can see what is in stock, So I place orders on a fairly regular basis for a specific edibles because yours is the only ones in the area that carry it on a regular basis and then when I go to pick my order up you guys have replaced it with a supposed similar product. that it happens 90% of the time whenever I order, i get so tired of it as it was not what i ordered and the only reason i even ordered it at all is because it showed that it was currently in stock. Please stop trying to put in product to replace what I ordered when you are out of stock of what I ordered. I would rather not waste your time or mine by then canceling my order if you dont have what I want.

I moved to Pierce County from Seattle and have been looking for a new place to buy my medicine. My friend Sandra D. suggested the Gallery to me and she was so right about their nice staff, great atmosphere and quality cannabis.

First let me start by saying I am a teacher and this store is no where near my home because I don't want to find out how "understanding" parents, teachers, principals would be seeing me leaving a dispensary, no matter HOW legal it is.
I initially was using the "Spanaway" Gallery, but began using the "Tacoma" Gallery because it was closer to me.
All experiences up to the final one I just had this past Tuesday have been good, but hey, when you're spending 100 bucks per visit (not a lot to the boss, but a lot from my meager pockets) people are going to be nice....
But you find out about customer service when you're RETURNING an item and NOT when you're spending the money.
I purchased a 1 gram oil cartridge from Delta Vape Refill (Pineapple Express) on Monday, the 24th. I chose this one because it's one of the very few 1 gram cartridges for a reasonable price (40 bucks).
Well I opened it, tried it, and it sucked right off the bat! It leaked, and also gave me a light, barely existent vape. No worries, I have my receipt, my original packaging and although it is a long drive back, I head back the very next day to "return/exchange for the same or similar product," as it says on the receipt.
I walk in, the ID checker says, "oh you have a problem with the cartridge? They'll take care of you." Awesome.
Walk in with my stuff, tell my story and the first thing I hear is, "Don't take anything out of the bag, and where's your receipt?" Weird greeting, like I'm a criminal. Never felt like that when I'm buying product...okaaaay. I do as I'm told, we walk outside in front of the building to have her attempt to fix my vape. Again, weird..why are we outside of the business, looking shady, when I'm simply here to return this product with all the proper documentation? She pokes into the vape line, attaches it to her battery then I take a puff. It works fine, except the other issue was the cartridge had also been leaking. I say to her, so if it continues to leak and I have to come back AGAIN, will you then take this back? She goes in and gets the receipt and says yes, but by that time, I'm thinking, why the HELL would I come back to this place, drive all the way BACK out here to feel like I'm trying to pull one over on the gallery, when I simply want a working product that I paid for, or a different cartridge?
Very long story short? The cartridge still leaks (losing money), still sucks (don't buy Delta vape products, you'll be sorry), and I'm left saying heeell no I'm not driving out there again. I'll just find a different dispensary.
Up to this point all had been well, and upon attempting to return a product (never have before) all was not well.

Hello Mrs. Wagner. I am very sorry that you had such a poor experience at our location on this visit though you have had a positive experience on all of your previous visit. Your single bad experience is absolutely on us.The reasoning behind the request to not open the bag is to avoid having open product in the store so that we can remain compliant with the Liquor and Cannabis board. This is similar to the regulations on open containers of alcohol. We understand that the general public is not necessarily aware of these laws which can cause confusion. As the law states, we are able to exchange items that do not function and are more than happy to exchange faulty cartridges and do so every single day. We are sorry to have lost you as a customer but if you were willing to give us another shot then we would happily exchange your cartridge. We are also sorry that you seem to be offended by our business. Please do reach out to me here or email me at info@thegalleryco.com if you are willing to resolve this issue.

Dope place. Dope employees. Purchased 2 bags of edibles. 1 bag I already knew I wanted to try and asked the bud tender for his favorite..took him 2 seconds to grab them and I am very satisfied. Will definitely be going back.
