Sunday 9PM. 4.14.19 Doorman Stoned,slouched and beyond uninviting. No visible help on floor. No help with the specific strains I was looking for... unknowledgeable staff... (Both gals behind the desk were clueless with inventory... The only thing I think they knew was that it was Sunday Eve... No clue....Frustrating. I Won't be coming back. No One there knew WTF was going on..what merch they had or anything. Feels like a corral, with unknowledgeable people that work there...

Ready when I got there. In and out,and smokin in no time!

They had $150 ounces. asked about getting a half, was told they only have 1/8ths. Asked what the price was for an 1/8th, $40. 150/8=18.75. I'm not saying a little markup is unreasonable, but more than doubling the price is.

The one time I've been here the budtender was short and unfriendly with me, and seemed uninterested and annoyed in answering my questions when it was my very first time in the store. Makes me apprehensive about going back. The guy who rang me up was nice and apologetic for his coworkers attitude. But it doesn't make up for being made to feel worthless upon first coming into the store.

Prices and bud quality are pretty favorable here, especially compared to the other Spokane pot shops I’ve been to so far. I decided to try this particular location because it is open later than many other retailers in town and more importantly, they have a wide variety of really great strains. I’m a big fan of strong cheeses and sativa flower trains, I built up an exciting ounce of several different legendary strains. However, I did find their retail process (for viewing and comparing the buds within each package) kind of awkward and inconvenient, but the budtender was helpful enough to make up for that. I tend to be a bit picky about the buds I buy and ultimately, I left this place as a happy new customer.

Great variety and decent prices, terrible service. Their online ordering system is completely useless as they will be out of stock on 90 % of items listed at any given time. Out of 25 products ordered on 5 different orders over the course of 2 months, they had 3 in stock.It's a general feeling of IDGAF from the staff in the store as well. Why even offer online ordering if you are going to give it zero effort and only cause confusion and frustration for your customers? This place would be the go-to store if their service was above 1 star.

I absolutely love this place. Always delightful, helpful, and on top of things. This is my go to shop and I love the people that work there. Super friendly.

I liked the selection the service and location.

Used to be favorite until tonight. Budtender sold me an edible at the price of a 100mg which is what I requested but the edible was only 30mg. Called store right after, they refused to do any sort of exchange.

The store itself is beautiful, and the prices are displayed well in the cases of products. But, a menu would be really nice. They have some really great deals sometimes. BUT. You can receive very different service here depending on which budtender you get! Some are incredibly friendly, and a few others... are the reason I rate their service a one, and don't tend to shop here anymore. One guy acts so curt and rude, you can tell he'd be better off at home smoking one than selling it.

Had a selection of concencentrate and flower that I haven't seen in other places, like the fact they show pricing on product and were priced well. Lack of direction with store so people wander and there is no menu available showing other options and the budtender wasn't helpful and just pushed the sale instead.

Cool employees who are knowledgeable about their products and the prices are the best 😎

I'm a fairly regular customer and between a few friends and I are in the store a lot. Usually the service is great but today I went in for some flower and stood in font of the display case for at least 10 minutes without any employee saying anything to me. I watched several people who came in after me get helped and on their way. I ended up leaving before anyone could help me as I had to be somewhere. I will be back, but I'm not very happy with the way I wasn't treated.

I go to this place all the time and it is always clean, the staff is always polite and friendly and always helps me find the product I'm looking for. A particular employee, Ben, helped me a lot by helping me find the right strain for my needs and told me about the deals they have everyday. He was a big help and I greatly enjoyed my time here.

I like the staff if I ask what would Thea recommend i usually go with what they recommend .

I like the deals on their flower. However the guy at the counter was CURT, DISTRACTED, LITTLE BIT RUDE. great deals on flower, but poor service.

Lots of good flowers to choose from. Friendly staff.

What I liked mostly, was the girl who listened to my explanation for the type of high I was after. She took the time to ask me questions with attention given to details. Turned me onto a substitute strain, until the one I was interested in, arrived. She hit the nail on the head....so to speak. Best-Budtender-Ever. Her name, 'Maria'. Knowledgeable & attentive. My new go-to.
