I always get excited when I’m planning a trip in haha. I tend to get anxiety going into certain places/dispensaries because soooo much is going on, or music is bumping and all I’m trying to do is get some tasty, helpful, and amazingly grown medication from folks who love what they do, and treat their employees with respect and dignity. From this beginning, I knew I would always come back to this place. Kitchen Sink is pretty much my favorite from here. Whether it be in concentrate form or bud/flower form, everything about this strain is a big YES! I just finished a joint of it and always find a smile appears without me even knowing haha. It makes me feel lovely😌. Honestly, I could go on about the strains I’ve tried from here but in short... always pleased, and feeling well. After 4 visits I can confidently say this place is the best I have found, and by far! Their quality speaks for itself. I have been just about everywhere, there is truly no place like this. From the flower to the concentrates, Heirlooms attention to quality is seen, tasted, and, perhaps the most important, felt. Every time I get something new, or even open up what I have, I can't help but feel extremely blessed to have such a fine establishment here to provide medicine. I have much love and respect for The Heirloom Collection and finally feel that I have found a truly "small batch craft" dispensary.

This is my go to dispensary. They are friendly and very helpful when you need help selecting the right product for you. I also want to say they are doing a awesome job during this pandemic. They are always masked up and constantly cleaning and sanitizing. I really like the younger tall girl with long dark hair that works there. She treats you like a friend not a customer.

I recently moved to Amherst and feel extremely lucky to have the Heirloom Collective as my local dispensary. I've been a regular flower user for over 40 years now and Kitchen Sink is perfection for me. No matter what else I try these day -- and I've shopped around and as we know there's a lot to choose from -- I always come back to it. In addition, this place is friendly, easy, quick, and well priced.

I stopped by here for Kitchen Sink flower. I’d had a chance to try it through The Pass, but it’s a better deal if you buy direct. Absolutely top quality product!! 5 out of 5 stars. I just got The Mighty portable herb vaporizer (highly effective gadget); I injured my knee and this immediately helped. Very powerful bud!! I’m looking forward to trying other strains also. The staff were incredibly nice, helpful, thanked me for supporting the dispensary, which was so gracious! I felt thankful for access to such great medicine (with a newcomer discount, even!) ; the guy at the door was super nice too. I feel like the staff enjoy their jobs and take them seriously. With masking and plexiglass barriers, I felt totally safe from COVID. The shop itself is cute and petite, minimalist in a welcoming way. Superb dispensary!! Cheers!!

I absolutely love this spot!! I very recently became a medical patient and they were so kind, knowledgeable, and patient and it was so nice to not feel like you’re being rushed through a dispensary so they can get to the next customer. Since first visiting I’ve recommended Heirloom to all my medical friends & have already returned to pick up some more Citrus Rush flower - the high and taste is incredible and it is some of the best flower I’ve found in the area! I also love their House Blend (a preroll combination of all of their weed), I’ve never heard of anything like it! Will definitely be a loyal customer going forward.

this place is, in my opinion, the best dispensary in Massachusetts. their bud is legitimately priced to be honest. for a $100 quarter, the quality of particularly the stain kitchen sink, is un-friggin-believable. the 30%+ THC had me forgetting everything after 1 bowl, and there's no way really you can smoke alot of it without forgetting about it a bunch. I can go on another rant about the place itself. They're so laid back, but quick, intelligent, and reasonable. hella friendly as well, its like you're talking to a best friend from high school with any of the employees

Super nice people here! Love the product but I wish they were more strict about social distance and sanitizing here. They did not have someone open the door for me, they did not have procedures in place for maintaining social distance between customers, and the walk in desk had no partition. A customer walked in behind me with no mask or gloves and no one said anything or offered him gloves or a mask.

I gave quality a 4.5 for the mere fact that a few strains are a bit dried out. That said kitchen sinks, banana sundae and g13 88 hash plant x northern lights are easily 5/5 quality and were fresh and delicious. The service was phenomenal, I think the bud tenders name was Nate and he’s friendly and knows his shit. Highly recommend.

Ordered online, fast in and out, excellent flower & prerolls, great selection and the only dispensary in the area that sells bubble hash! The staff is friendly and courteous too! Easy parking and ice cold a/c! Give them a try, you won’t be sorry!

The Kitchen Sink is probably the best nug out of any dispensary I’ve picked up from in MA (medical). If you live in western, MA, you shouldn’t be going anywhere else for your medicine.

This is my favorite dispensary in Western Mass. The flower is always top shelf, and a great selection, too. The folks who work here are really friendly, knowledgeable, and kind.
