I have been there 3 times..the first was great service, good product. The second visit I felt the budtender was not knowledgable in the product and what I was SPECIFICALLY asking for. She kept offering me brownies and shatter and said they were out of most product. The third trip was my last. I sat in waiting room for 10-15 minutes while a group of three walked in and was taken ahead of me after I had been already signed in and sitting g there. I mentioned to employee, nothing was handled so I walked out. I then called to speak to a manager and was told I was lying that those must have been employees. Since when did employees say this was their first time there, get signed in and taken to back. Those were customers that were allowed to cut in front of me. I'm dissatisfied with the service definitely. I did like the product from the first vist. Perhaps a suggestion to hire more mature and knowledgable budtenders. I have also messaged the owner on the website and as of today, still no response. Respectable customer service is a must in a small town. I'm really bummed because I live close by and WOULD HAVE BEEN A REGULAR CUSTOMER . Thank you for taking time to read this, I hope to hear back. Matthew.
