Ordered twice from them, but not did neither orders arrive, never even received a call as to why. Yes, I called them, but just an answering machine and they never got back to me. Seems a few people have had good experiences with them. Obviously, I’ll never try again. I hate to whine, but this was pathetic.

It was so easy and convenient! My order was on time and my driver was great! The products I got were superb and I WILL be ordering again! I've also learned there is a loyalty program directly through the herb taxi 🥰 I'm signing up for that!

could not get my product because the drivers machine didn't work, and instructed us to use KindTap, which did not allow account creation except in a store so we had to send him away.
Dispensary response:
Unfortunately, not all banks and debit cards are friendly to the cannabis industry. This is why we have the alternative payment option with KindTap when your order directly from our website. We are working with our processing company to resolve the debit card issues the entire industry is facing. You can create a KindTap account during the checkout process on our website. Please reach out so we can give you assistance. 505-414-0321
