The Novel Tree – Bremerton

I love this place very friendly knowledgeable

So I bought from here and when I got home before I even opened the bag I saw that there was a fly crawling around in it…bruh

I decided to try The Novel Tree because of this review on Google: "The bud tenders are so helpful and knowledgeable. They have deals going on ALL the time and have a reward system." I was looking for budtenders that were better listeners than where I had been shopping. So I tried them out. Well, last night I had a very bad night because I came home with cannabis that was wrong for me. Now I'm stuck with one partly used and one unopened cartridge of hybrid indica when I need straight indica. I emailed the store and they told me that they would make it up to me. They would exchange the unopened cartridge and give me a good discount on one item in the store. I went in for the exchange and to use the discount. They screwed the whole thing up. I ended up being there a whole hour, getting jerked around by budtenders who couldn't even use the cash registers. The item I tried to use the discount on wouldn't even ring up. So I didn't want to but I emailed the marketing manager, Brock, again and told him about my second terrible experience. On the Novel Tree's website they say they provide "personalized service." Fail. They also say they provide "fully-customizable experiences." Also a fail. And "the best quality cannabis products in the world." Idk. I couldn't use the cannabis they sold me. Brock's reply to this second email was disappointingly like, "Oh, sorry." And that's it. Suddenly it was like to the Novel Tree I was diseased or something. I wanted something more helpful from him on what I should do on my next trip to their store. So I emailed him a short email. He just ghosted me. I don't know why I got the brush-off from Brock, I sent him a question by email May 15 with a follow-up email on May 19. He did not respond to either. I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt and email him one more time in a new email thread. He still did not respond. WTF?

9 minutes ago BE AWARE!!!! Check your weight with a digital scale, I was shorted 2.5 g. When buying 2 oz. I gave them $338. One was on point and the other one was off. I talk to the store manager Trica. She told me I could get 500 points which equals 25%off my next purchase or I could come in today and get the 30% off. The problem is that I just gave them over 300 dollars the previous day and they owe me. I don't want to give them any more money, I don't think that's fair. I simply asked her to give me 2.5 grams or give me the cash amount different in the oz. Which was about 14 dollar or full refund. She refused and told me there's nothing to she could do but theses two options. Im going to simply use my powers and write reviews and recommend the reef or the potzone to everyone that goes there. Those two shops i recommend give you more options on refunds and feels more like home. Highly recommended, PLEASE DO NOT SHOP AT THE NOVEL TREE, THEY ARE NOT LIABLE FOR THERE OWN MISTAKES SMH. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN, IM SURE SOME OTHER SHOPS WILL APPRECIATE MY BUISNESS MORE . THEY CAN KEEP THAT 2.5 GRAMS, THEY MUST NEED IT SMH🤦‍♂️

Every time I walk in, everyone is so sweet and welcoming. I never feel judged for asking questions and everyone is so knowledgeable. This is my go-to shop and despite no longer being on my commute home, I go out of my way by almost 15 minutes because I can’t fathom even looking at other shops

When I moved to Bremerton from Seattle two years ago. I went from Store to store looking for my new shop. I found this shop to be chill and comfortable setting for me to get the specified service that I require. As the staff got to know me better they always had the top 3 suggestions for me for my next visit. Also their discount deals and prices are the best in all of Bremerton. I know because I checked them out constantly.

Ehh prices are kinda high and customer service was poor.

The staff are always knowledgeable and kind, and the prices are great. I tried multiple dispensaries in the area and this one is my favorite.

Today was such a Sad Penguin kind of visit to what I've come to call; Pacific on Callow. Due to a parking thing and someone running his mouth before I came in, I felt very uncomfortable as soon as I walked in and the gal who helped me was kind of stand offish. I certainly didn't feel welcome, for the first time since I claimed the store*mine.

At first I was skeptical on Pacific. However, they carried farms and strains I could find nowhere else. Got to know Sean and Greg, and quickly learned the difference in this store from others. Very patient with me and help me make good choices. I frequent this store now and always enjoy going there and seeing the team. If I'm looking for something they don't have, they will call me when it's available. Props to Sean....he is an awesome help and I do appreciate the time he takes helping me out.

I am a new customer been a few times , love that you carry my fave growers ,but would like to see your inventory of larger amounts be stocked more, Friendly, and knowledgeable

It was great, ample parking, amazing deals, super kind and helpful staff, lots of choices and price ranges. I'd definitely recommend this place.

Most friendly staff in town

This is one of my favorite local stores! Service here is always friendly, and I never feel rushed. The only negative thing I can think of about this place is the occasional out of stock products I'm interested in.

This was my best experience in Kitsap so far. Tucked away in Callow, you'll find this nice shop. Great staff, it's nice not get pushed with product when you come in. Got 5 1G joints for $20! Great experience

this is by far my favorite pot shop in kitsap, and rivals best pot shop in the state (in my opinion) this is the weed version of the show "cheers".
