My go to. I drive up from NY once in a while to grab specifically from them. Great customer service, awesome edibles, the flower is never dry. Honestly it’s the best on the area in my mind. The staff is also consistently friendly. I’ve never left feeling unwelcome. Get the cherry gummies, either regular or their new hash rosin, both are awesome.

I was really a fan of these products - at first glance. They appear to be well made and packaged. I am super disappointed in their disposable vapes though. Sure, “disposable” is supposed to be just that - but I can spend $60 on a 500mg vape cartridge, just for its battery - which you can not disconnect or charge - to die 3 days later? With half of the product trapped inside. Can’t unscrew it. Can’t charge the battery… all you can do is pour it out onto a joint or something. Aside from being a genuine rip off of customers, the part that’s driving me nuts is the amount of waste in general. So much wasted product. So much wasted material that is essentially an impermeable tube. Plenty of other companies have “disposable” vapes that are of equal or greater quality, CHEAPER, and with cartridges that can be unscrewed and reused (finished). It makes no sense that you would promote such a wasteful cycle, in 2021 at that.. simple fix to a major problem. Hope to see it.

Quick friendly service, and a lot of products to choose from at various price points. Highly recommend. Bonus perk was the beautiful mountain drive from NYC.

Excellent selection of quality flower. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. I would recommend. One thing I would be picky about for someone that’s driving a distance. Allowing after hours Saturday night pre-orders for Sunday pick ups. Please. Sorry, love you guys all the same. My parking lot pre-orders legit take 3 minuets to fill. No joke people. Love The Pass. Great customer service. Always quick and easy to get my order. I like the atmosphere. Also cool branding. I’ve only bought the flower but it’s good quality and the packaging is fantastic. I reuse the small glass jars for making candles and storing spices from our garden. I’ve been to about 15 other dispensaries throughout the state and US and these guys are solid.

Great Safe location and the employees are TOP NOTCH. I used to go to great Barrington or Brookline (wont give names) dispensarys but haven't since I found the pass. May not have the biggest selection but everything they have is top shelf or near. But the people there are the real draw. more than friendly,knowledgeable and will go out of theyre way to make you happy. HIGHLY recommended.

Great branding, nice cleanly laid out store, bud tender was nice, but did seemed disinterested in helping me pick the right strains for my needs despite there being no wait. Overall would return.

Everything was great, knowledgeable budtenders, clean etc. Everything you want. With that, very disappointed in a Strane Chem Dawg D pax pod that I picked up with my order. Color was super dark and it hit terribly. Sure enough the label had it as originally packaged back in the summer of 2019! Will have to be sure to look more closely next time... All other purchases were of the highest quality and freshness.

Friendly staff, knowledgable bud tender and quality product. Plenty of variety in the available products too. Top notch operation. For a new business they seem to be off to a good start. Nice work on the branding too. The atmosphere is pleasant, the room is clean and spacious, I only took a point off because it still has that “we’re not quite done decorating” vibe to the place. Not really a big deal at all. The other bonus for The Pass is the location. The beautiful Berkshire mountains are all around you. Perfect for a weekend getaway, went for a nice hike after our visit. Wonderful.

Everyone there was super friendly, the place has a great vibe. The store manager, Brian had an answer for every question I threw at him and was beyond helpful! The product is just as GREAT as the service. I can't wait to go back. I strongly reccomend this dispensery.
