The Peoples Remedy - Lone Palm

This place has no compassion nor care for people. I made the mistake of spending lots of my money with this dispensary. I am a woman that has had over 3 surgeries and I have chosen the natural route and I use medication daily from the dispensary. It is important that I address the fact that they are selling really low quality product and have no intention on exchanging or returning from patients. I opened an item in the store to show them it was defective and yet, they denied the exchange of the product. I finally decided to stop going but not until I let everyone know that this place has no desire on taking care of people with great customer service and product . In fact, they act bothered when you try and bring up any concern. They’re happy to just sell and collect tips at the expense of the patient, with no regard. It’s a really sad place to go if you’re looking for compassionate care with great quality product. I recommend to stay away until they get new management and training. Also, better quality or change the exchange policy.

Put the walking out door price some people can't add

This shop has been around a while and it's easy to see why! They have a very well educated staff and a super cozy atmosphere! Thank you for everything that you do! :)

I am a brand ambassador for Heavy Hitters, it was my pleasure hosting a demo here last week. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. It was nice talking to new patients and educating them on a wide range possibility of products that would benefit them.

If you add up the taxes and you’ll noticed somehow they overcharged. The menu also shows different thc% levels . Bought flower that was supposed to be 26% according to their menu and bud tender but it turned out to be 16%... the manager said it was our fault not to check the product however they bag it and hand it to you after you pay. We didn’t even leave. I heard this was not a legit dispensary

Been here many times, and have yet to be disappointed. I love the staff, they’re very welcoming, and products are great! Along with happy hour and daily deals! Referring my family here for sure!

I’ve came twice including tonight and I haven’t been disappointed yet. They have some fire carts and joints for a good deal. I would definitely recommend this place.
