Easy fast great service. I called and placed a order picked it up and was in and out in 5 minutes. They made me feel welcomed and answered any questions I had. They had the best prices I’ve come across. Definitely be back
Every time we go into Refinery the budtenders are helpful and so knowledgeable. They ask great questions to accommodate your needs. Today Dearius Hooper assisted us and we had a fun and productive experience. We’re trying some new products based on his recommendations and looking forward to it. The manager is someone we have seen and shopped with several times and she has such refined customer service skills. Love the Refinery and recommend it whenever I can.
Only thing good was the customer service from Austin and I called twice to talk more and spend more but I couldn't and I wasn't treated well by the others there, so no more! 3 times. Sure want to talk to Austin!!!!
Josh was great I was low on cash and he got me the most I could with what I had. Btw...the flower and everything else is always fresh not stemmy and dry like some of the other dispensaries... once again thanks Josh
