I placed a call ahead order (curbside pickup) at the Botanist in Akron today on 6/5/20. I told the lady on the phone specificslly that I wanted Crescendo flower from GALENAS. When I arrived to pick up my order a guy collected my money and brought me back a brown paper bag stapled shut and said that my change, ID, and product was in the bag. I opened the bag to return my ID and change to my wallet, when I discovered that they gave me the wrong product. They gave me Peach Crescendo flower from CRESCO. I called them and explained the situation. After being put on hold for a good while, a manager finally approached my vehicle outside. When I explained the situation, he told me all sales are final and that nothing can be exchanged or returned. I stated that this was an huge error on their part. He did not apologize and instead insisted that it was my fault and that’s what I ordered. I am shocked to say the least. Zero customer service. zero care or compassion for a medical patient. I will never return to the Botanist again and if I could, they would get zero stars. All they care about is money, not the patient.
