love the staff

I like that every employee was following the new guidelines for COVID and maintained cleanliness and sanitizing between customers. the wait in the lobby was between 5-10 minutes and same for the dispensary wait time. I know that when I come to this location in Akron, I will get exactly what I need for a great price in a timely manner. Would be a 10/10!

I placed a call ahead order (curbside pickup) at the Botanist in Akron today on 6/5/20. I told the lady on the phone specificslly that I wanted Crescendo flower from GALENAS. When I arrived to pick up my order a guy collected my money and brought me back a brown paper bag stapled shut and said that my change, ID, and product was in the bag. I opened the bag to return my ID and change to my wallet, when I discovered that they gave me the wrong product. They gave me Peach Crescendo flower from CRESCO. I called them and explained the situation. After being put on hold for a good while, a manager finally approached my vehicle outside. When I explained the situation, he told me all sales are final and that nothing can be exchanged or returned. I stated that this was an huge error on their part. He did not apologize and instead insisted that it was my fault and that’s what I ordered. I am shocked to say the least. Zero customer service. zero care or compassion for a medical patient. I will never return to the Botanist again and if I could, they would get zero stars. All they care about is money, not the patient.

Rude staff. Poor disability access. Almost impossible to navigate with a service dog. No parking. I will never go in here again.

I was very glad when this location opened. Then as I met the people that work there I was even more glad and impressed. They are always very friendly and knowledgeable. They will answer any question you might have. I've never had to wait for curbside pickup! I'm grateful we can still get what we need during this shutdown time. They always follow the safety guidelines. For our safety along with their own. I have nothing but high praise (no pun intended) for the work they do! Thank you!

I like how professional the botanist is

A great business! The staff is always super friendly and they use some pretty great processes to make sure you get the stuff you ordered quickly. I always appreciate how relatable the staff is. Whenever I order, they always answer all my questions with patience and understanding.

Do not go here! They will rip you off! They gave me the wrong product and wouldn’t exchange it when I hadn’t even left the premises. The bald guy with glasses got extremely confrontational when I tried to exchange it.

So glad when this Akron Ohio dispensary opened for business! Always feel welcome & they help you with your needs & concerns great friendly staff, must not forget the place is mostly secured with the APD on site.. 😘

Stopped in to day and picked up my favorite Woodward GrapeHead and also tried a new on Butterfly Effect Og Kush. Very nice mellow effect that makes you feel above the weather. Love this location and the people. That’s for being you.
