I bought an &shine cartridge, it's only half used and so clogged I cant really use it. It stinks because this brand is so far beneath The Botanist who Always delivers the Best products, customer support/service, and advice.

They don’t protect patients Hippa rights . I was texted, and hit on .Once the employees was fired , I started to receive horrible treatment from male staff . Management ,and Hr stopped returning my calls . I can no longer get my high dose meds locally. I have a handicap plate ,and have to go 33 mile always to find what works for my pain . Why do they get away with this . I have filed with the state, and will keep on pushing for my rights to be protected!

Great product, amazing prices, nothing can beat these prices in the area and staff is extremely helpful! I will not shop anywhere else and I suggest everyone check this place out if you haven’t! The baller jars and 14g smalls are my favorite!

This is becoming one of my "go-to" dispensaries in the Worcester area - even over their sister store down the road (shh, don't tell them) - for a wide variety of reasons, from great staff, to great space and atmosphere, to a spacious parking lot and great events, not to mention all the awesome things they do for medical patients. Thank you!

This has been my favorite dispensary since I first got my card and went to the Worcester location. Now that I've moved and they have a new location close to my place, I'm here every week. Great deals (Waxy Wednesday is my fave) and a good reward system that makes it easy to want to keep shopping there.
Everyone who works at both locations is top-notch and care extensively about the customer experience in their stores.

I planned on just an 1/8 but the bud was so goodlooking, I ended up with an ounce :)

First time stoping in and it was slow. The two young ladies working behind the counter were fantastic and super friendly and helpful for helping me decide what was best to suit my goals. The Bio Jesus was a fantastic pre-roll and was a fantastic relaxing indica. Will be coming back.
Great dispensary and best deals. Very friendly staff and comfortable atmosphere. Convenient location and clean facility. Only dispensary I want to go to with many different products to choose from.

The Botanist is my favorite dispensary - excellent selection of products, friendly and knowledgeable budtenders, regular specials and a convenient location. I shop here frequently and highly recommend it!

Great staff who are always knowledgeable and make good recommendations. Have spent a lot of time trying different dispensaries, and am very glad to have found the botanist. best herb I've found in MA.

This is one of my favorite dispensaries in MA! Some of the best quality flower and concentrates that I have found in the state. Some people complain about their prices but it is worth the money. If you’re a med patient take advantage of any of their in-store deals, or BIG savings on 4/20. $200 mix & match oz and some other delicious treats. Well worth the trip from the Boston area.

Lots it pick from overall decent buds with a few duds. Wish o could still buy same strains in the past lots of bud changes but I go back when needed.

The employee on the phone told me ounces were $280 and then I drove there and they told me ounces of most strains are actually $325 so I cancelled my order.

The oz price for all Botanist strains for Medical patients is $325. The oz price for the staff pick each week for Medical patients is $280. The oz price for all Botanist strains for Adult Use consumers is $400 (before tax). The prices vary between Medical and Adult Use due to MA regulations.
