The first day you could tell there were a lot of kinks to work out. Took a long time to get what you needed, but the quality of the product is good and the staff was friendly. I fully anticipate they only get better from here. Overall a good experience.

A nice clean place however much too loud for the ill. After waiting on line 2.5 hours I was lead into the store to be swamped with loud music, a multitude of voices and echo. Instant migraine ! Not good. Turn down the TV and tunes and get some noise buffers we are sick after all or we would not be there.

My go to spot. Love the atmosphere and staff. Been very pleased with the product recommendations as well.

Frustrated that they cant upload their menu daily. I called ahead of time to make sure they had the product I was looking for. When I got there they informed me they were sold out!!! A waste of time and energy. I felt like I was baited in to coming and they switched the product. I have used the Dispensaries in Coshocton and Wintersville they are much more convenient and have never waited any longer than 5 mins to be seen and cheaper prices. Hopefully they will get on their game! Peace

Was here on opening day, while there was a ton of people trying to get their medicine. While a little overwhelmed by how many people there were, I think they handled it really well. You could tell they were doing everything they could to help as many people as they could in one day. The staff here was very knowledgeable, caring, and friendly. Will definitely be back.

They are not going to put up a menu because if you were to see these prices you would not drive out of your way to get robbed of your hard earned money. The owner has plenty of time to respond to people that give good reviews but can’t take a day to set up anything online. It would speed things up for everybody if you would just properly update your menus so people don’t have to waste time finding out everything when they get there.

Very nice people and environment, but the prices and selection are not very good. This place may be 3X the price in Michigan. It would help if the company put some basic updated information, like price and current inventory, online somewhere.

Love this place, I have made a few trips there since they opened and I can say the lines are not so long anymore in my experience. The last two times I went I was in and out. I suppose this is because they opened some new stores recently. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The main down side is the prices are terrible. The only other thing is nothing but flower is sold right now until March 1st I was told. I noticed the menu keeps shrinking, hopefully there will not be a drought soon.

The customer service and speed are great! They keep getting better with each visit, and their menu is expanding nicely. The reason the prices are so high and why they can't post a menu is due to the continual early stages of the Ohio Medical Marijuana program.

Wow this place & staff are just wonderful, I'm so glad to finally have the chance to try medical Marijuana I've been off pain meds for over yr now & this is just what I needed. My sleep is way better & my inflammation is under control I recommend this to anyone who has issues. It's great thank you staff,

I visited on opening day. As everyone knows yes the wait was long, but to be expected. The staff did everything they could to try and take care of the patients. Now the for the product. The quality of the buckeye Relief meds was fantastic! The lemon dosi is probably my new favorite strain. Thank you for the great service and product. I will definitely be back. look forward to checking out the Akron location wen it opens.

I thought it was great and very informational. the prices I found out are somewhat high. I went to the reef in Detroit and they are exceptional and priced right 4g 8ths and deals everyday n hr. I will be going back since they have it all. otherwise this place is great.

Overall a nice experience. Yes, pricey, but quite sure prices will drop once more product is available and more dispensaries are open. Just need more competition. Much love from the 216.

The facility is very nice, however it took almost an hour for waiting in line. As for the pricing, it’s 48-50$ for just 2.83g not even close to an 8th. As for the prices they should drop. It’s just because this is all new and all you can buy is 1/10th of an ounce which is 2.83g. For edibles, oils, and tinctures, they won’t be able until March or April. Overall it’s a great environment just very pricey.

very nice atmosphere and the Staff are so helpful and patient and knowledgeable. Helping you find best mmj for your symptoms. I do wish they would have 1 person field phone calls and emails. Fill out a menu Especially for people with caretakers and want to find out a answer beforehand. Just a thought and suggestion. #onelove

Not so happy when I open a container to find brown dead leaves on a bud. (Chem OG) Also had one that was supposed to weigh 2,83 but was 2,75 from the same grower, (Firelands Scientific) At 500$ an OZ, every bit counts,

The Botanist was so helpful at guiding me. Drew and Lowell really showed me everything thoroughly and helped me choose what was right for me. I know almost nothing about marijuana as of right now so it was nice to have someone to bounce ideas off of.

weird to be honest cross between an apple store and a pharmacy. prices are terrible though but that is to be expected at this point in the game. hopefully it changes soon. but everyone was friendly and it was clean and nice. but seriously Ohio this "Ohio 10th" thing is bullshit.

I visited this location for the 1st time yesterday and I was impressed. Super clean and the staff was extremely helpful (I was so nervous) My budtender was Tosha and she was patient and took her time explaining everything to me until I felt comfortable. She was very knowledgeable and the stains she recommended worked like a charm. I was able to get a good nights rest. ( not to mention she was easy on the eyes). I have visited other dispensaries and non of them gives the one on one patient care like the Botanist. Keep up the good work guys. I will be a returning customer.

Very nice place..Little pricey..Everyone needs to remember all these places are just opening. Prices will go down. These people have been put three the ringer by the state also.If you don't like it.Go somewhere else..

Absolutely loved it! They were all amazing and knew exactly what they were talking about! Left out with 3 different kinds of flower breaking it down I paid roughly $17 a gram. Which isn’t bad at all! Anyone who thinks the price is to expensive it’s really not especially for the quality.
